Please uninstall creative cloud and follow article to uninstall: uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application. Once uninstalled CC, then rename folder OOBE C:\Users\[user name] C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe and \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE. After this, reinstall the creative cloud from https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

Try to run Photoshop without loading third-party plug-in. hold SHIFT keys when you start Photoshop. The missing module is not Adobe software.

My LR catalog will not be open since the last update
Since the last update of creative cloud, I opened my LR catalog. I have a PC running Windows 10.
When I click on LR, a box pops up that says "the catalog could not be opened because of an unexpected error." Then I have the choice to open a different catalog, or to create a new.
I tried several thing:
-J' selected ' create new ' thinking I could maybe create a new catalog, and then import the old. LR refused to open the new catalog.
-J' tried ' to open a different catalog. I unzipped my last backup in a new folder and tried to open it. I got the same error.
I am at a loss to know what to do.

LR to uninstall then reinstall. Your catalog is a file separated which will not be deleted or altered in some way by doing this.
Also default LR backup the catalog file once every week, unless you changed this setting normal or continuously select the jump key, unless you so a backup of the file catalog which has only 6-7 days.
It is more than likely to a permissions problem that was caused by the update of Windows.
To uninstall open office creative cloud application and uninstall it from there. Restart the system, and then reinstall from the same application.
Or once uninstalled, you can go here to get the original version of LR 2015/6 and then apply the 2015/6.6.1 update.
Download the original version and then jour.6.1 updated manually. LR CC 2015 and LR 6 are the same exact program and the difference comes from how you're signed in. So don't be confused if all you see is LR 6.x.x on the download link.

My programs on the creative cloud will not be displayed in the extensions Manager.
Hi I am trying to install an extension for Flash, but it will not be displayed in my extensions Manager and will be one of my other programs.
I try to install the image key Caddy Pro extension and it says to go to Windows-> Extensions-> keyframe Caddy, but I couldn't find where it says to install it manually with the extensions Manager.

Creative cloud will not install after using the Apple Migration Assistant to transfer again Mac
I used Migration Assistant to transfer applications to a new Mac. Creative cloud threw an error. I used uninstaller to remove the Creative app clouds, then downloaded the new version of the Adobe site. When you try to install, the installer of creative cloud crashes before installation.
I then launched an application, he said I need to save it. So I logged into my account, turned off all previous installations on other Macs. My apps work now. However, I still cannot install creative cloud desktop application (same behavior takes place).
I use the latest version of Yosemite on a Mac PowerBook.
Try
Click on Finder and then hold down command + SHIFT + G keys on your keyboard
It will open to go to the window of the folder, type exactly ~/Library and click Go
Then open Application Support > Adobe files
Files Recycle Bin AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Click on finder and press command + SHIFT + G keys on your keyboard.
This time, type / library and click on Go.
Be sure to remove ~ symbol.
Then open Application Support > Adobe files.
Basket AAMUpdater, Adobe Application manager, records OOBE.
Go to the Finder / Applications / Utilities
Trash Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Application Manager files
Cleanup tool download and run CC below link
Accept the license agreement and click Adobe Application Manager
Click then on clean selected
Re install Creative Cloud application and check

When I tried to install the latest updates (24 November 2009) using update installs and closes down your Vista computer got as far as "Shutting Down", but does not yet - icon turns on the screen of teal'c circle (or whatever color that is) and there are some HD activity , but that's all. Vista (and the PC itself) was working fine up until this point.

Download and run (Checksur.exe) system update readiness tool. After downloading this tool, it runs an ad hoc analysis of inconsistencies that might prevent future maintenance operations.

Step 2: Reset the Windows Update components
You will need to maybe reset the Windows Update components, download the Microsoft fix - it from the link and run the wizard that automatically resets the windows update components, if it does not, I recommend that reset you manually update windows components from the link:

These steps should solve the problem, give it a try and check if you are able to perform windows updates.

I need help... For some reason any creative cloud will not install or even open on my Mac OS X 10.10.5
I could download before more photoshop and indesign... However after accidentally deleting many files on my laptop, apps would not work and was not able to uninstall it either so I was told to download creative cloud again but its does nothing after that it downloaded and I double-click it to install it...
I looked through the forums and run the cleanup tool as well as the removal of the OOBE file and the folder.
Would appreciate any help that you can give to fix this problem, and I look forward to your reply...
