My creative cloud will not be open since the update to windows 8. How can I solve?

My creative cloud Manager does not more open since the update to Windows 8. My programs to go, but not the Manager.

Please uninstall creative cloud and follow article to uninstall: uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application. Once uninstalled CC, then rename folder OOBE C:\Users\[user name] C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe and \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE. After this, reinstall the creative cloud from https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
