My Dell Inspiron 1545 has updated Windows 7 SP1 (KB2310138) and now it says I have a bad hard drive. What should I do?

I have dealt with this for three days.
I do not have a restore point.
I have no Image Recovery
I can't print the instructions.
I can't save anything.
I press the Start button and it takes 5 minutes to respond.
I borrowed this computer from my college so I know...

    Check if your bluetooth is listed in Device Manager .
