  Please right-click on any PDF on your system, then go to properties > under general, you will find "opens with". Here you will see 'change' option, by clicking on it, wil give you a window from which you can choose the Acrobat Standard XI as a default for PDF files.

  Hi Kay,

  If you view the image on the Web site under license history, you will see the watermark it. Then, simply open this picture in the history of the license and choose "save image to the desktop". Now, open the uploaded image and check it out. It should not have the watermark more.

  Swagbucks has recommended long of your browser, and I tried it before but have a difficult learning time to navigate. Now I'm kind of forced to it as some of the swag sellers refuse to support IE8. So I downloaded your product and now I find, I can't load my swagbucks toolbar. My neighbors have Firefox and toolbar without problem. So I don't know what is the issue. I tried all the tricks to help. Uninstall, reinstall, empty the cache, check the settings, etc.. But with your program all the language is a bit different, so I don't even know what to look for. This should be simple. With almost 2 million users, I think that you are not very compatible with Swagbucks.

  Thanks for the comments, the problem was that the Firefox download area did not receive the data for some reason any. The box was still empty, I'm assuming that the data did not get uploaded. Finally, I went on a search for WORKSTATION and found 6 versions of the file in the PROGRAMS and FILES/DOWNLOADS. So there go to assumptions. Once I had recovered the file from there it loaded without any difficulty. So still a bit confused as to why it won't in the download area of Firefox, which has opened and displayed, etc. But it was routed probably just like that and I do not see. Sorry for wasting everyone's time. And mine. Should have thought to look there much earlier.
