My habit of pdf print with the document colors applied to printing options

Hey all

I have my pdf exactly looking how I want it to look when I print it, but it seems that when print he simply ignores the accessibility options that I set. any IDE how to solve this problem?

Thank you

There is not a way to do. Adobe do not provide a way to change the color that you print, as long as people often have wished.

    Hello

Would like to inform that after that change the document on the ipad, if we go back to the homepage of the implementation of the changes would save it automatically. There is no possible way to restore the changes.

Therefore, in this case you will need to recreate the document.

This service is currently only available with the Document cloud. However, to read and save the documents on your device, you need not Document Cloud. • Combine files into a single PDF file with the same file name

I have a PDF form that I have to fill out some data and a Microsoft Word Document.   Sometimes I wait a few days, so I need to fill out the same form PDF.  When I combine them, I get warning that PDF forms with the same name will be the same - if I don't want it, I should create a PDF portfolio.  The portfolio is not as I want.  It combines PDF files in some others.

I could change the names of the fields that I need, but I sometimes fear that I missed something.

Is there a way to get away with this problem if the combination is good?  I have to fax documents at once created and portfolio doesn't seem like I can do.

Adobe Acrobat Pro XI and Windows 8.1

    Thank you!

    Corey

Flatten the fields of the form before combine you files.

  • My 5s iPhone camera will not work with the new color

I don't know if it's me, but my camera iPhone 5s doesn't seem to work with the new color.  Click on the Photo and it shows a white screen. Upstairs, he says Live - Photo - and an icon of a camera.  The screen is black and at the bottom is an X and the circle for the camera.  Nothing.  Someone else?

Can ensure you that you have authorized access to the camera of the app? on iOS, go to: settings > privacy (make sure color is on).  If this does not work, can you please send the OS version you are using?

  • HTML in PDF format ready to print with the CMYK color conversion

How can I convert a webpage (html) as a PDF ready to print, including a RGB to CMYK conversion?

I use a free trial of Acrobat DC. What I tried, is to use the browser button to convert HTML to PDF. I then open the document and go to the menu "Print Production. I expected to find the option "Convert colors", but he's not here. Help documentation indicates that this option is available only if you export your PDF file to a device "high-end". What is a high-end device? I use my laptop.

    (1) under the Production of printing tools, in the right pane, you will find the convert colors tool. That's what you're looking for. Its availability has nothing to do with what type of device you send the PDF file.

    (2) that said, converting the PDF to CMYK color space is not necessarily required to print. You certainly can print an RGB and/or the PDF to grayscale for a local or network PostScript laser printer, for example. What makes you think that you absolutely need CMYK for printing any other type? Each RIP/DFE these days can directly manipulate the RGB content.

  • HP officejet pro 8600: printer will not be used with the document in the queue

    Hi people,

    can someone help me please?

I tried all the solutions proposed-

    Check connectivity

    restarted print queue

Remove and then reconnect the printer

    Power reset

    Cancel job again.

I had this problem before, but something so tinkering with the queue got fine but nothing works all the time.

    I just changed the cartridges...

No matter what other dieas welcome please

    Ash,

I could be wrong, of course; Mac is not liable for the same way as the Windows environment.

The printer can print when the print queue of the printer is on, ready to accept a job.  If the queue of work, i.e. the service on the printer running print jobs does not print to the printer, the printer will not print the work.

If the printer on the computer service is not to blame, then you might indeed want to accuse the printer to not receive the work.

You can check the communication between the printer and the rest of the installation between the printer and the service that sends the work to the printer:

You could try to put everything back once more - to include your router.

    I hope this helps.

Maybe someone with a Mac experience can shed light on the issue.

  • Word 2007 to PDF with the background color

    Hello

We have a Word 2007 document that has a blue background and white fonts.

When we print in PDF format, we can see only the blue background and fonts are NOT visible

    Any ideas?

    Thank you!!!

    Well, now I'm confused .

    Following your directions:
--| Opens a new DOCX with Word 2007 and saved
--| then, from the Page Layout Ribbon; Page color > dark blue theme of Coler (top row, 4th from left)
--| entered the text (with creativity, I entered "this page has a blue background)
This text was the default font color (black)
--| selected in the text string, right-click for the context menu, 'Police' selected
--| in the dialog box font, use the "Font color" dropdown to change font color
--| chose "white" (top left of selection among the colors of theme)
--| the Acrobat Ribbon, open preferences
    --| used my default configuration:
--| Settings tab: all selected except - create PDF/A-1a 2005 compatible file & join a source file
--| Security tab: failure to add-in (nothing selected)
--| Tab Word: first choice not selected; two other selected
--| Tab bookmarks: first and third chosen, second not selected
--| Video: as-is with the default selections

--| clicked on create PDF & save
--| PDF output: page background is blue dark; font color is white & easily visualized.

    FWIW-
Used MS Word 2007 (Office Enterprise)
    Vista Ultimate
Acrobat 9 Professional Extended (TCS v2)
Output PDF via Adobe PDFMaker (Ribbon "Acrobat")

Time for a glass of wine left over from yesterday?

    Be well...

  • Problem with the documents/images being too large

I can scan using the HP Officejet J3680, but the images are too large to email. I tried scanning the documents in TIFF files, PDF files, JPEG files, and they all do the same thing. I recently bought a computer from Gateway with Windows 7 already installed. My last computer has XP and worked very well with the same material. I updated the drivers and downloaded the HP Solutions Center, and nothing seems to help. I have cause to scan and send documents frequently and it is very frustrating.
