  I have included a copy of the screenshot to show you what I mean.  I have scrolled outermost Hotmail on-screen (scroll bar) down and then all the way down on the new redirect message screen (deeper scroll bar).  As you can see, you can't see the bottom of the transmission new message screen based on the position of the innermost scroll bar.  I use Firefox 5 on Vista.  If you use the scroll bars on this screen of Microsoft Answers, you will see what I mean.  I can't access at the bottom of the email that I am transmitting!

  First of all, you don't need to remove IE. Windows allows programs to use components of Internet Explorer, so removing may well break things unexpectedly.
