  I have now resolved the issue.  I uninstalled PS CC 2015 and reinstalled.  Then in the preferences of CC BR, startup scripts should check PS CC 2015.  All the tools now back.

  Seems more likely that they are on a nonprinting layer or have been configured to not print at the level of the object in the control panel. The other possibility is that they use a blending mode that would disappear on a backdrop, or they might be white objects created in Illustrator that allows the superposition of white if the color went under something together to overprint (ID is smart enough to not to do).

  One thing I see, it's the location of your images seems to be messed up somehow. For example - I can find "... / Images/images/events.jpg"but could not find"... / pictures/events_over.jpg. I even tried "... / Images/images/events_over.jpg", but the image is not there. Maybe if you ensure that all your images are in the right place that would work? Again - I'm not an expert, so if the problem is not the location of the image I'm probably over my head!

In a video, there are cases where an object passes in front of the head, which requires it to be masked-out, so that the object can pass in front of the head.
  
  So my SWF has a short video integrated into the lower layer of the timeline. I followed the implementation of the head with a movie by using the motion tweens. The layer containing this Clip is hidden by the layer above it. During loading, image uploaded by user head is loaded in the Clip using the loadMovie function.
  
  At the beginning of the video, the masking layer fills the scene completely, revealing the head underneath. However, arriving at the first keyframe where the mask changes (if something is in front of the head), the image of dynamically attached head disappears.
  
  I thought it might be the level at which the head has been charged, but I placed a new layer under the mask, but over the head with a red ball. It covers the head of the dynamically loaded correctly, so it is on a layer below the mask.
