  When Windows 8.1 is out, there will be major changes to the license.

  The concept of an 'upgrade' version is removed. All versions of Windows 8.1 will be full versions. This version can be used to upgrade or installed on a blank disc with no earlier versions of Windows.

  The retail price will be, Windows 8.1 $119.99 (US) and Windows Pro 8.1 will be available for $199.99 (US).

  Please sign in to your site administrator, go to 'My details' and check the option "enable editing (incompatible with Muse) online. Enter your password to validate, and then save the changes. The menu of your Site Manager will become available. You will need to repeat this for each user & site created with Muse.

  You should be aware that all admin BC changing is deleted whenever you update your site from Muse.

  In the worst case it s really a hardware malfunction and I assume that this has something to do with the motherboard, but I think that this should be verified to an authorized service because they have professional tools to check it.

  I doubt it s something wrong with the HARD drive or the BIOS. To me, it looks like a serious hardware problem, but that s my personal opinion
