My Master Collection work not - says Adobe can't activate it because I'm not online (but I am)!

When I try to open one of my Adobe apps in my Master Collection subscription, I get a dialog box Adobe essentially telling me that Adobe can't activate the product because of my internet connect. I am certainly in line and have tried several tests including:
-restart the computer
-Disable wifi and pluging in an ethernet cord
-restart the computer again
Whenever I'm certainly online through several browsers.
It really sucks that Adobe doesn't offer phone support (for Activation, or Technical Support) Saturdays and Sundays and of course today is Saturday!
I tried their live chat, but the Adobe rep talk to me later told me that they are not "trained technically' and call the hotline, which is not available until Monday. What a joke!
I've just used several applications in my Adobe membership yesterday without any problem at all (and have had no problems since I started the subscription weeks ago).
Any ideas of what I can do would be much appreciated! I was counting on the design of a lot of things this weekend!

If you receive a "404 error" message, then proceed as follows:
Check the host file
- Locate the hosts file.
- Right-click the "hosts" file, and select open. Choose application textedit open the hosts file.
- Save a backup of the file. Choose file > save as name the file hosts.backup, and then click OK.
- Find 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com and delete this entry.
- Save the file and close it.

My CS5 Master Collection does not update on Windows 7.
I tried to link programs to my creative cloud account, but they are listed as previously recorded.
How link apps/programs and update?
The Adobe update program download files and fails to install.
I checked the firewall and used to download updates manually, but everything I've seen try to direct me to CC.
Who would be perfect if CC recognized my product approved and authorized updates.

CS5 is not supported by the CC. You need to manager updates separated from CC.

I suggest to uninstall and reinstall CS6 after the cancellation of a creative cloud membership.

Most of the time, its a problem with the download was not successful or downloaded correctly. So, in this case, re-download the software and do not forget to compare the file size of the file downloaded with the file on the server.
Download Creative Suite 6 applications
Allows you to check in this case as well and make sure that the download is finished.
If not, please use the cleanup tool to remove the files from the CS 6 of machine: use the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems

- You receive the error message when you try to install a program on the computer?
- You have security software installed on the computer?
Method 1
First restart the computer and try to install programs on the computer.

Adobe Lightroom Mobile Sync problem / Collection do not sync but the pictures already online

I have been using lightroom for 1-2 years now after moving to Aperture (already used on the PC for a week). I have about 140 000 pictures and videos on it, of which 95 000 are on lightroom mobile (apparently 90 videos online).
I love it and I'm frustrated with these 'X Sync photos' on the left. Usually, I had some left of synchronization and collections quickly get photos online, but this isn't the case. I now have 3000 + photos waiting for synchronization (for the most part by adjustment for the photos I guess) and 1 new collection that I created yesterday evening (as there are 10 h) that contains previously downloaded photos no doubt only (and which are online) are simply not showing on my iphone Mobile with Lightroom or the web interface.
What are the proposals? Can I send a diagnosis form to Adobe to watch? Please do not suggest to remove the file from .ircat to computer synchronization, did before and what I see on the forum is simply not helping issues in sync, I also check the web interface, but I almost 100 000 pictures I looked more later thousands (when I imported all was synchronized) and no. blackened photographs.
I want to use Lightroom Mobile as much as possible, but it has a lot of problems or is so slow (by the way, I have 50Mbps download and download 5 Mbps). Sometimes, nothing moves for days.
I'd love to send you any diagnostic file that you want to solve this problem. Really a concern when it should be a smooth experience.
I think Lightroom should include at least a list of photos that are being synchronized for troubleshooting purposes. This seems to be a common question "X photos not sync for days or stuck.

Hi Jeff,
When you do a new collection in Office LR I select generally all the thumbnails in this collection and build smart preview on the fly. In the menu: click on library > Previews > build intelligent surveys. I score then the collection for synchronization, and which seems to speed things up. Give it a try.

Downloaded the file CS6 Master Collection from my downloads page today and when I try to run it on my retina Pro of MacBook (El Capitan V 10.11.3), an error is displayed:
MasterCollection_CS6_LS16.dmg unrecognized Image
Repeat the same download three times on the same Mac as well as on another Mac Office - all with the same error.
Seems that there is a problem on the back-end of Adobe?
Here is the solution to get the downloaded file. The DMG image and Setup.
Download the Adobe disk image.
Open disk utility and open the image disk file - open a disk Image
Once mounted, and while still in disk utility - file - view in the Finder
There are installers and you leave.
No problem with El Capitan 10.11.3
