  It is unlikely that a desktop version of Muse will be mobile friendly. If you code a Bootstrap site or some other sensitive framework, you can get away with a single version. Muse, you will need to make two in almost all cases. But anyway that the tool will tell you if it is up to their standards or not. If she says Yes, then you are fine.   Looks like you have deleted the phone available now.

  However, as mentioned in another thread http://forums.adobe.com/message/5617117#5617117>, most likely, there is a stray object right causing the content to push to the left. To identify, just do a release all on the page, and then select everything (Ctrl + A) and see if you have an extra unused element in the right you might want to remove.

  There is no magic button for this.  You must build a new provision of the reagent.  Then copy and paste the content from the old site in a new.  Depending on how big & complex is your current site, this could be a pretty simple project or a major undertaking.

  Last week, I decided to create a mobile version of one of my Web sites. I thought it would be a relatively easy task, but I quickly realized there is more that meet the eye.

  Without going into all the details (for example questions from the media, etc.), this is the strategy I ended up with...

  First step:

  I used this script to detect a mobile device...

  I know that I could use the media queries or any number of other methods, but this one appeared to require the minimum of effort. For example, the media seems so complicated because I make sure I have the list of possible devices that can check out my Web site. The script above simply says, if the screen is small, view the mobile Web site. The downside is the person with the mobile device needs to have Javascript enabled, but very few people turn it off.

  Second step:

  I designed a special website for the mobile device.

  I could have created special CSS for each page to my Web site, but people don't want to read all the content I have on my Web site in any case, at least not on a mobile device. It was much easier to create a little site for mobile devices instead of make a huge CSS file to convert all my pages.

  Because there are so many options when you create a mobile Web site, I just wanted to see if everyone here thinks I did it the right way or would you recommend an alternative?

  Separate sites for the version complete mobile vs is the best method. Just synchronize the data dynamically from database. Depending on the complexity of your site, the setting is completely different for a mobile version. Much, much more than just a style some conditional css rules. Device for side detection Server allows to redirect mobile users to the mobile version, which is usually a completely different directory or same site... ie. m.example.com mobile and example.com for the version complete.

  Similarly, you would use the reciprocal method of detecting device for side supported server to redirect anone who is NOT on a device to the full version if they visited the complete mobile URL from a web browser. You can use a cookie with detection on the server to allow the user to "switch" to the version side full and vice versa. Where if the cookie is not set and the device is mobile, then directly on the mobile device and display the button to switch to a comprehensive site that sets the cookie. Much of/and/of/ifelse/instructions if else going on there, but it can be done easily. I hope you get the point.

  Some web sites me by default mobile version instead of the full version.  Some have a link to select the complete website, but many do not.  Type the full web address does not help with these web sites.   If there is a way to change this choice of the mobile version, please let us know.  Thank you.

  Using the Chrome browser? If so, try the following:

  • Open the browser and start a new session
  • Type in ""Subject: debug " (without the quotes) as the URL and press enter (nothing appears to happen visually)"
  • Open the menu (upper right corner of the screen - press the four bars)
  • NOTE: the menu should show "Dump V8 counters" as a final option, If this is not the case, do the second step again
  • Select the 'settings' option in the list
  • Select the last option "Debug" in the list
  • Select the "UAString" from the list
  • This is the ID of your browser is passing. I use 'iPad' to get full web sites most of the time, since the 'Desktop' gets mixed results.
  • Choose a value and press the 'return' (lower right screen) to return to the browser

  Keep mine set to 'iPad' gets me the normal website, 99% of the time and the other 1%, I can type in the normal site and save it.

  If you use another browser, such as Dolphin HD, let me know and I can give you the steps for that browser.

  The specified error occurs if the Web site tries to connect with the stored credentials and gets the error from the server. In this case, I would suggest trying the following methods and check if the problem persists.

  If you are a Microsoft Developer, you can use ADO.NET to access the database.  This is because it is the technology on the server side and is running on the web server and not to the device.

  You can create your Web site by using one of the web technologies side server such as ASP.NET, JSP, PHP etc. Any technology that will serve up to HTML will work.

  When developing web sites for mobile devices, you will quickly realize that it is not a "one size fits all".  Each set of HTML markup will probably have to be customized for each of the mobile that you are eager to target.  And then, for each version of the operating system for mobile devices there are differences in sizes of rendering, JavaScript and HTML/CSS screen capabilities.

  My best analogy is thinking differences between desktop browsers such as IE5/6/7/8, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari vX.Y.  Then multiply that by about 10 fold when it comes to differences in mobile browsers.

  Have a Web site that supports all mobile devices with a set of means HTML you'll probably adopt an approach more common denominator based on lowest mobile device features, you want to support.  The alternative is create targeted for each mobile user experiences.

  Your device screen is large and exceeds the parameters of the phone, so using the desktop version or stuff on your device are blocked because for example the JavaScript does not work.
