  The printer is new and is connected via the USB port on the computer that is running a new copy of Windows 10 x 64 ('fees': I've upgraded to Windows 10 and reset the computer). The driver is from the OJ4630_Basicx64_198.exe file (so just basic pilot). I can scan and I can print a diagnostic page, but I can't print anything else. All shortcuts printing have symbols locked beside them (please see attachment).

  Regarding shortcuts locked, those are the shortcuts by default HP.

  You to edit & save them under your own name of shortcut.

  From my experience, this isn't a problem that has a simple solution, such as moving a slider or a combination of the sliders in LR. It requires rather a major change in the technique, at the unit or in office. Some pros (I am not one) tire ALWAYS support HDR or this reason - better transition from highlights to shadows, then tweak the image with much less "heavy" necessary. Another popular technique is the luminosity masking and blending in PS. There is a ton of information on this topic (just do a search on Youtube), but it's not easy to learn or do, but it can eliminate this problem.

  Solved by myself.

  The upgrade from SD card did not work, because the tablet had a problem with my SD 32 GB Class10 card. I used an 8 GB Class 4 and it worked fine.

  None of these solved my problem. What I finally did changed the properties to have my photos open with a different program, because that's what my problem was, I couldn't open all the images. Previously, I had my photos open with Syncup, but now I see that I can not open this program. I still don't know why. But at least my photos open now. Thanks anyway.

  If you cannot run some programs, then they could be in conflict with each other. As uninstall several programs at the same time see if it makes a difference?

  Minimize your startup programs and no windows services using msconfig, and consider also uninstall programs that you do not use or rarely use.

  To solve this problem, it is better to uninstall all the programs you have recently installed that might have caused the problem.
