My observation - my 3 laptops Toshiba are fantastic job

Just an observation, not a question.

My first was a Satellite Pro 460CDT (W95)
Second Tecra 8000 (W98SE)
Third Satellite L300 - 1 g 6 (Vista Home Premium)

All three still work as good as the day they were purchased.
Never crashed or gave problems.
Fantastic.

With all due respect, but I don't agree with you.
I use computers laptop Toshiba for years and have never had serious hardware problems.
I'm also owner of the Satellite A300 and I'm happy with it. The design is very nice and all surfaces laptop are pretty difficult and used to scratches.

My Satellite A300 is almost a year old, but without a single scratch. It looks like the other.
With fingerprints is maybe a little boring, but from time to time is not so problematic to clean.

I don't know what you do with your laptop but the A300 laptop is really compact and robust. I use my phone extensively for my work, and when compared with the notebooks I noticed that areas close to the touchpad where the hands are placed is like new.

By the way laptop do not clean with water. Talk with your local PC retailer and buy a special liquid for cleaning the PC.

    Hello

As far as I know the distribution of end user license is + * suspension * + right now.
This means that the unlimited Toshiba BT stack can be used on Toshiba computers laptops and devices only.

Non-Toshiba devices are supported for 30 days.

  • Laptop Toshiba, yellow light malfunction

I have a very strange problem with my Toshiba laptop. Most of the time my laptop power adapter is connected to the socket on the wall and his PIN is inserted into the Jack of the laptop. In case of power off of the switch of the socket on the wall then back to turn on laptop will not start, throwing a light yellow as charge, in this case I have to pull the pin plug adapter from the laptop and then insert it back and he begin to show.
But it is interesting if the yellow light is not displayed then, she sees sometimes completely and sometimes she stays to the point where it was before (doesn't load but to power the system) I remove the plug and insert it at the time beginning, projecting a light yellow and charged.

It's normal job a few days ago, until what I carefully cleaned the fins of the fan with the fan light. whenever I have would put the AC power switch he was running on battery power and as I turned it and then seeing yellow would begin to show and I don't have to play with the Jack and the PIN.

Battery and adapter that both are very good and functional the way I said above. Full battery lasts about 2 hours at full capacity. Pulling and inserting on the pin of the computer laptop-jack adapter to ensure it is supported is a pain.
    Help, please...

I guess I'm the only person who has bought a laptop toshiba useless, now it's time to throw this toshiba laptop... bye you all

If necessary: (make sure that you have restarted at least once, if the above did not work)

Panel of configuration manager devices - mouse and pointing devices - Double click on the touchpad - the driver tab-
Click on update driver (it comes may not do anything like MS is far behind the drivers of certification), now right CLICK
    on the TouchPad and UNINSTALL.

Then go to the USB and UNINSTALL ALL controllers except the category itself (all in). RESET

This will refresh the driver for the TouchPad and battery USB. This does not prevent the touchpad from working.

The similar procedure on XP, Windows 7 and Vista is the same, except that we need to clear the specific device if present.

  • Can not find the driver for my laptop Toshiba satellite CD/DVGW TS-L632D ATA MK1637GSX ATA) I can't find it on the site of Microsoft or Toshiba, to download the driver.

problem to find a driver for my Toshiba satellite laptop that has a CD/DVGW TSST Corp TS-L632D ATA MK1637GSX ATA

pilot info (which is apparently a published Microsoft driver) for the device in the computer laptop Toshiba Satellite P200-RT5, full info about 2 years is:
    TSST Corp TS-L632D ATA MK1637GSX ATA CD/DVGW
Windows version: 6.0.6002.18005 created: 21/06/2006;   modification: 04/10/2009;  size: 65.5 KB; Description of the file: SCS1 CD-ROM drive.
I can't find it on your site or Toshiba. My driver I think is damaged. My Device Manager, in properties, said to me:
"Windows cannot load the driver for this hardware device. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39) »

    Hello

Code 39 means that the driver is corrupted or missing.

Please make all below even if you have done some before as it is often the set of operations which solves
    the question.

    Try this - Panel - Device Manager - CD/DVD - double-click on the device - driver tab - click
Update the drivers (this will probably do nothing) - then RIGHT click the drive - UNINSTALL - REBOOT
This will refresh the default driver stack. Even if the reader does not appear to continue below.

Then, work your way through these - don't forget the drive might be bad, could be a loose cable or
slight corrosion on the contacts (usually for a laptop) and other issues.

Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both
ends. Remove and replace, do not just tight. For laptops, you can often clean power and
contacts data with a pencil eraser.

    --------------------------------------------------------------

Also check with your system manufacturer to see if there are any updated drivers for your DVD. Or even if it
are you can reinstall the 'old'. Many use Windows default drivers however some special aura
ones. Also check the website of the manufacturer of the car.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

  • Computer laptop Toshiba Windows 7 gives a cooling problem system error and advises the immediate stop

    Hello

My laptop Toshiba Satellite L670-BT2N25, running Windows 7 message "System error" on a cooling problem, advising the immediate closure and return for service.  It seems to come on 10 to 20 minutes after coming out of hibernation or restart. Second series of apparitions that seems to follow a windows update that makes me think it's a software problem. The machine is clean, clean physically so not due to dust or poor maintenance.

Pop-up - message is constant and annoying. Machine feels hot anywhere. Never stopped because they say it would make if he got to the hot wire.

I do not play, video or use heavily for long periods... no trend about the programs you are running or use.

    Appreciate any help

I had this happen to me, and is not actually a problem with the cooling fan. There is a problem with Toshiba is going to happen if you have an update waiting in the Toshiba Service Station. Open this program and update everything he tells you. This is what fixed my problem.

Welcome to the Microsoft community. I will certainly help you with the problem you are experiencing.

You can download and install the driver for the printer from the Canon support Web site. You can check the link below:

According to this statement you must have installed Windows XP SP3 home edition.

Your ad is a bit confusing to me. You have a problem with the functionality of DVD - RAM or optical disc drive cannot read all drives (different CD, DVD, DVD - R formats. DVD + R and so on)?

I put t know what is the problem with the optical disc drive, but way generally, an installation of software packages has nothing to do with ODD when you use it as first boot device.
    > I can not even restart my operating system discs cannot be read from the BIOS either.
    Restart or reinstall?
Is a readable recovery DVDs when you try to start the recovery image installation?

  • TV to PC tuner laptop Toshiba Satellite M45-S351

    Dear Sir.

I have laptop Toshiba Satellite M45-S351. I hope to have TV tuner to watch & record TV programs. Which model is the most compatible with my laptop & how much it costs me & where I can get either Egypt or Saudi Arabia.

    Thank you in advance.

    Hello

Well, if you want to watch TV on your device you need an external TV tuner like this:
    http://www.Lindy.com/UK/productfolder/03/32/32898/index.php
You can connect the tuner to the USB port. In my opinion you can go goggled and try to find a dealer in your country.

  • How to recover my laptop Toshiba Satellite L850 Win7

    Hello

I need help with my computer toshiba laptop.
Laptop did not come with any dvd.
    My laptop has been upward.

I can't use the touch pad or mouse click on anything whatsoever. How to make a backup copy of the toshiba on dvd, then reformat it so that I can get everything working again.

I had no idea how to reformat the laptop without a dvd.
I'd appreciate help on how to on this subject.

    Thank you.

    Hello

Could you please tell me what model of laptop you have exactly?
Have you changed the system of Windows in the past?

With regard to the installation of the system:
Laptop Toshiba computers come preinstalled with an image of Toshiba and, usually, you can retrieve the computer laptop initial configuration by using the option of recovery of HARD drive or you can use the Toshiba recovery media that you create using the preinstalled tool called Toshiba Recovery Media Creator.

This software allows you to create a flash disk or recovery recovery memory stick.
In your case, it would be desirable to create a flash memory stick, because the phone was not equipped with a CD/DVD drive.

I recommend you to check the following documents from Toshiba on the system recovery procedure:
