• Firefox crashes when I try to use then printer

  I did not really see a response to my question, looking at the previous Q & A. So I'll try here. Just from today, every time I try to use my printer with firefox, I get a crash report? When I try to use the printer in another browser, no problem. I tried several times today, to use the printer in firefox, nothing helps. Yet once, each time, I get a crash report. Can anyone help?   It's a problem with the Flash plugin.

  You can check the problems caused by a recent update of Flash 11.3 and possibly upgrade to Flash 11.2 or 10.3.

• After Effects CS6 crashes when you try to use the Preferences submenu

  I have a problem with AE "freeze" or lock in place when you try to use under preferences submenu items. I have to stop with the Task Manager to regain control. I have a PC wintel with 8 GB RAM and 2 TB of disk and a quad-core, do not think that any of those who are a problem. AE is the only child of problem in this entire suite. Any help/advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time and effort.

  That does not meet the system requirements and I think it's safe to say thatr it is the reason for the accident - the program seeks to draw the preferences panel in an invalid area because it cannot properly address the resolution of the screen too small. Increase the screen resolution and everything will probably work.

• RoboHelp 8 crashes when you try to use an open dialog box

  The title says pretty much all this. RoboHelp freezes when I try to use Open... of the start screen or file > open or any other control that accesses the dialog box open (i.e., open/Explorer button on the settings tab of content in the settings of FrameMaker Document dialog box). I have to finish the process in the Task Manager, and then restart RoboHelp. (Fortunately, the recent projects links work - except to open them..., of course.)

  I discovered this when I had to restore links to displaced FrameMaker documents. My installation is TCS2 running Windows 7 32-bit; all all components TCS2 and Windows 7 updates have been installed.

  I tried a Reinstall RoboHelp on-site, but that made no difference.

  Any ideas?

  Maybe that something went crazy and he thinks that you have several screens, and open your dialogs out of the screen?

  Select file > open, and then do the following:

  Press Alt + space + M, then an arrow key.

  Waggle, the mouse wildly until the dialog box is displayed on the screen, then left click on the mouse to drag where you want.

  (I assume that it will continue to operate under Windows 7, but don't have this version to try it).

  If you encounter any problems with your dialog boxes, I think that you would have access to each dialog box and repeat to get them all in the right place. Even if I remember something about a registry hack - I don't know if that affects all the boxes of dialogue or just a / a. I think it's Rick who posted originally, so it could hold and be able to answer this question.

  I wanted to use a .png file in my project. I can import into premiere fair very well project files, but when I try to put in a sequence, the program hangs and I have to use the Task Manager to close it.

  Ah, you have a problem: the new OS.  CS5 does not work with Yosemite.  In addition, Adobe has no intention to make it work with Yosemite.  To do your current job, you will need to return to an older operating system, sorry to say.

  He's a little old wisdom that you should know about - never change your system in the middle of a project.  No doubt you will experience it now.

• iPhoto 11 crashes when you try to use the slide show

  My iPhoto 11 9.4.3 crashes whenever I try to run a slide show. I have a 2012 end Macbook Pro osx 10.8.5 with all updates of operation. I tried a lot of things. I have several libraries and each the same plant. I created a new library and loaded new pictures with the same result. I rebuilt and repaired each option with the option/command start of iPhoto on libraries. I have rebuilt libraries with iPhoto Manager with the same result, it hangs at the start a slide show. It seems to be a message that cannot be read just before she leaves.

  I think I installed new iPhoto 11 of my purchases, but perhaps did not it good as I didn't delete the iphoto.pkg from the front desk of the library, but I was wondering if another problem exists. I got the below error report.

  If you are using Win7, you would like to try this

  (1) create a shortcut to the Organizer (PhotoshopElementsOrganizer.exe)

  (2) right click on the shortcut and select run as administrator (even if you are an administrator)

  (3) repeat the process of picture messaging

  If it works, then you can close Organizer and try again without the run as administrator

  I know that x 11 direct sees the connected joystick I checked via the command run "dxdiag".

  You cannot access a DLL 64 bit from a 32-bit process, and vice versa. Actually, in the other direction, it is possible via a workaround solution that involves communication interprocessue, but this is an advanced topic.

  Remember that you can install LabVIEW 64 bits for your specific version of LabVIEW. The license allows you to run the 64-bit or 32-bit. LabVIEW 2009 64-bit was not on the DVD, but you can download it from the site of NOR.

  I suggest that you uninstall visualize whitecap and see if you are able to use windows media player. If you are able to use the media player without freezing then the problem is with plug-in and you must contact the plug-in manufacturer.

  You have problems in the new files, too? In the affirmative, replacing the prefs could help, and I recommend you read replace your preferences for instructions on how to back up and do it manually, in which case it does not solve the problem. If the problem is related to a single doc, it is probably corrupt, and following the instructions to remove minor corruption by exporting could help.

  I have a Dell Inspiron 19. The Dell of Dell diagnostics disk utilities & drivers say all right. It is a Seagate 320 GB drive. I installed the drive on another computer and used sea tools to erase the disc.  Then I created a partition and marked as "bootable".

  When I try to use the Dell reinstallation DVD Windows 7 Home premium SP1 64-bit, it crashes when is about to display the windows logo.  A few pixels logo show and then it's there.  Any ideas?  I worked on it for several days.  Really a "stumper" for me and I did something like that for years!

  Original problem seems to be a massive viral infection (owner had no active antivirus software installation!) which led to the non-bootable computer.  After working on this for a while, I decided to just do again it.
