  You can save the file in PDF format and print the document as an image of Adobe.

  From the advanced printer settings, check print as Image.

  I am trying to solve a problem with 2 MacBook Pro running El Capitan trying to print to a Minolta C454e with accounting codes. Currently there are no problems with Windows machines on the network, and when I turn off the functionality of account codes to the printer, the MacBook can print normally. When I turn on the accounting function, the looks of MacBooks as it prints normally, however, nothing goes to the printer. No error code / notification occur in OSX or the printer. Have contacted Konica on the current driver and long story short, told me to call Apple (figures). After you have installed the printer driver, go into the features and layout introduction accounting codes and save the settings in a preset, print the application (for example, Safari). If you would be grateful if someone can point me in the right direction on what could be missed, thank you.

  Hi Lisa, the claim of printer code may appear on the information sheet in the form of an e-mail, for example [email protected]. In this example, the code request is the alphanumeric string of characters preceding the ' @hpeprint.com ' to abc234vbn3434.

  This is the code that you will need to associate your HP account connected your printer in order to register for the service of the ink instant. I included here a link to a support documentwhich runs through how to do this. I hope this information helps, but after back if you are still experiencing problems.

  Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support. I understand that you have found an error code 3, when you try to use HP Smart printing.

  I'm not sure what is meant by error code 3, but I think it has to do with a browser not supported.

  HP Smart Web Printing Software - Internet Explorer 9 and later Versions are not compatible with HP Smart Web Printing

  Now, I know that smart Web printing has been replaced by HP Smart printing.

  What I found interesting is the following: HP Smart printing is a new replacement program HP Smart Web Printing. HP Smart printing is supported in Internet Explorer, version 10 or earlier. (Taken from the link previously provided)

  In addition, Internet Explorer now that 32-bit and 64-bit versions.

  What I read in the following document, I think not that Smart Print supports 64 bit, Internet Explorer.

  Follow these methods.

  Method 1: Temporarily disable the security software .

  I would try to replace the ink that could be causing the problem.   If this does not resolve the issue I would contact Hp support.  If you are still in warranty, HP can replace the printer without cost to you.   Please try to install your PIXMA MG2520 the use of the driver available on the Canon Website:

  1. visit the Web site at: http://usa.canon.com/support

  2 type PIXMA MG2520 in the box "enter a model name.

  3. under recommended downloads, please click on the Select button next to ' MG2500 series full driver & software package.

  4. If you agree, please select the check box next to "I read and agree to the terms of the disclaimer and wish to continue the download.

  5. click on the download button.

  6. If a save as appears, click Save.

  7. once the download is complete, open your download folder.

  8. double-click on [win-mg2500-1(1)(a) - ucd.exe].

  9. connect the USB cable when prompted.

  Follow the prompts to install your PIXMA MG2520 on your computer.

  To try to resolve the problem, with a flashlight or other light brilliant, please check the area of the paper feed printer and check that there is no jam or obstruction in the printer that can cause the error.   Once this has been done, please look inside the printer where the ink and make sure that there are no obstacles in there that may be responsible for the print head does not move freely.  Then, remove and reinstall all the ink cartridges in the printer.

  If you still encounter the same error after following the instructions above, please turn the printer off, unplug the power cord at the back and leave it for at least 10 minutes, then plug back in and turn it on again.  If the error persists, the device will require maintenance to solve the problem.  Please call or write to us at one of the methods on the contact us page to get your service options.

  The error may occur if the wrong printer is set as default, the printer driver printer is missing, or if there are conflicts in Device Manager.

  Perform the following methods and check:
