I renewed my subscription to creative cloud, but I can't use it now?

I checked your subscription, the payment transaction is still ongoing, please log out of the application of Office CC & log back in, and then launch any product.
Click on the option 'buy this software', connect & if CC is enabled, the subscription of the CC sign.
Please try after some time if it is not successful the first time.
There is a period of up to 72 hours for payment to activatedafter CC.

My creative cloud subscription does not work, photoshop and lightroom always tells me to connect.
The only way to start any program is by activating the 30 day trial.
After 30 days the software is disabled. Is something wrong with my account?

The crew of support for Adobe has solved it for me.
If anyone else has this problem, try the following.
1 disconnect from creative cloud.
2. close all applications from creative cloud of the Task Manager.
3. delete all the files in the following folders
C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\SLCache
4 start creative cloud and connect.

Renew your monthly membership before the end of the present billing cycle has no effect on the date on which your next posting of minutes is added to your account.
