• A particular Web Site does not load

  A particular website does not load, and I was previously able to view this site about 2 weeks ago. It's a free WordPress site/blog.

  I keep getting the error message "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading." I've tried deleting all cookies and emptying the cache with no success. I also tried a "DNS Flusher" with the same result.
  

  I followed all the recommendations on the link using Firefox and checked the FAQ and community sections with no luck.

  I can view the page in Safari. The owner of the website can view this website using a configuration similar to mine (Mac OS 10.5, Firefox 12.0).

  Nothing I know have changed since I was able to view this site 2 weeks ago for example, I'm not going through a proxy server, nor do I have any secondary security or anti-virus running.

  Any help would be appreciated.

• Site does not load unless I type "index.html" after the address

  My site does not load if I type the address simple btca.com.  I have TO type btca.com/index.html for the site to load.  It worked before, but since I've updated Muse, is no longer working.  Anyone know how I can fix this problem?  Thanks for any help!

  Well, it's interesting.  I updated Muse to the latest version, then downloaded the entire site, and now it seems to work.  I deleted the browser cache to make sure it wasn't a cached page I saw.  This done in Firefox, Safari and Chrome and it seems to work for the moment.

  Your next option is upgraded photoshop. If you don't handle the full version (less than $20 / month) you get elements, it uses the latest version of camera raw, but I think it's a lighter version but.

  When I go to a site web flash I have a subscription to (stock data), it does not load, but the same page load in Chrome (chrome). This is the best info I have at the moment. I have latest flash on firefox 18.

  In fact, it occurred to me later that afternoon, but I use Gentoo, which normally builds of the source (because I'm hardcore like that). I uninstalled the normal version and reinstalled binaries precompiled and everything works. I'm happy again and just need to play with the source build options, I can do later.

  Most every day I connect to Schwab.com. From a week ago, the login page does not load. I get only a blank page. It works if I clear the cookies from schwab. So does not work the next time. He is fine in Internet Explorer. Very inconvenient. Any ideas why this has started to happen? I can fix it or Mozilla or end of Schwab?

  My Firefox is just there is an update and the problem with the Schwab page disappeared. I think that all changed two updates there was amended to take account of the situation. I know that Schwab was looking into it, it is also possible that they have changed something in their homepage. Anyway, problem solved!

  Hey everybody. Since a few days, I have had a hard time charging my iPhone. It all started when my phone onto my computer. He suddenly began to vibrate, and the charging symbol flickered on and outside. Since then, I had to mess with the power cord plugged into the phone until it starts to load.   Youre system should boot in AHCI now again. If you get the same message:

  1. enter in BIOS
  2. go in advanced
  3 set mode Compatible HARD drive / IDE
  4. exit & save changes

  To enter the BIOS F2 press until you initialize (directly after pressing the power key press F2 continiously).

• Satellite M40 does not load before the BIOS screen

  When I turn on my Satellite M40 unfortunately it does not happened on 7/8ths blue bar going across the screen.

  That left me completely baffled as what to do.

  Apparently, it could be repaired by removing the cables on my CMOS battery?

  Hi Dec,

  Blue scroll bars indicate that the Wondiows operating system is loaded from the hard drive. If this process hangs while loading, then it is likely that the hard drive itself is defetive or else the files that are being loaded are corrupt and cannot be loaded.

  Interfere with the CMOS chip will not fix this problem because the BIOS has already been loaded at this point.

  If you have access to a bootable CD/DVD (such as Norton Disk Doctor) then I siggest you boot from it and running a scan of your hard drive. Alternatively you can try reinstalling your operating system of the Toshiba recovery CD but it won't replace your own data on your hard drive.
