  A couple of years ago I bought a Hewlett Packard PhotoSmart 215 digital camera.  It came with a software disc with a program of type PhotoShop pretty cool and easy to use (on a separate disk).

  Over the years that I've updated the computers I always reinstalled this program.  I really like and likes to manipulate photos with it.

  Now I have updated a 27-n190st Pavilion and, apparently, it does not load the disc.

  Does anyone know why HP does not support their own HP software on one of their own HP computers?   Or how I can get this drive to load?

  There are several possible ways to address this issue.   First and easiest maybe file system on which the drawer side CD is on the rise and load the mini CD in this position.  You will not harm anything by doing this.  There are rings of plastic adaptation made for the Pocket CD/mini CD/3 inch CD, but they are hard to find.  There are very few suppliers there than them, but they have run $20 and more.   Sony made an adapter for the CD, they use in some camcorders, part X 21034691 number, but it's $20 more delivery charges.  A third possibility is to find a friend or a shop that can copy information on a flash drive or a CD of size you can use.  Or you can borrow/buy a portable CD player with a standard drawer.   Or there may be a download the Rhapsody software tailored to your needs.  Good luck.

  My machine is a Qosmio X 870, running under Windows 7 64-bit. It comes with the Blu - Ray disc player, which so far I've used with my previous purchase - the next Star Trek generation season 2, which presents - and continues--work very well.

  However, the season 3 Blu-Rays that are just out, do any work! As far as I know, the discs are not defective - they are recognized, and the structure of the file is there. I tried multiple disks, but all simply freeze them the player when he tries to load them. The screen is black (flickers sometimes) and unresponsive. There is no error message. As far as I know, this isn't a hardware problem - disks are fine and the laptop drive can play the old blu - ray without problem.

  I just bought a HP laptop with Windows 7 pre-installed on it.  He came with a disc of Windows 7 - just installed on the computer.

  The recovery discs you sent by HP include the installation of your Windows 7 operating system and all the software original that came with your laptop.  So, for example if you were to replace the hard drive at some point in the future, these discs will reinstall the OS + all of your software on the new drive.

  2. you receive messages or error codes?

  3. are you able to use the other features/devices built on the laptop with no problems?

  This problem may occur if the touchpad and webcam drivers are not installed properly.

  I suggest to refer to the Dell Support website to install the latest version of the touchpad and webcam drivers for your laptop and find the issue.

  Hi I just want to be able to create a good disk image of my XP, and Windows Server 2008 computer without using 3rd party software.  How can I do this?  What format the USB drive that I use to store these images should be in?  Can I store a disk Image of Windows Server 2008 and XP together on this USB computer disk Image?  I just want to be able to store good clean images of these systems operatoring on the USB drive and then unplugging it, until or if they are ever needed.  The USB should be partitioned with multiple partitions to store each image separately on their own partitions?

  Imaging software would take a complete snapshot of your C: partition and restore it back to the State it was in at time of imagery, complete with files and the software added. The imagery he created in a compressed format DVD so not all necessary because Windows Backup_which cannot always restore your PC to a State completely from work in case of hard drive failure or a corrupt non bootable OS.

  I m not a user of iTunes, but you can try another burning software disc which is freeware. It s called CD Burner XP and works on most versions of Windows.

  In my opinion, it has the same functions as Nero, you can burn data, audio and video discs and also copy discs but it s fast as Nero.

  You must first create the Vista recovery DVDs using Toshiba tool called creator Toshiba Recovery prior to a new installation of XP.

  Some tools called components software (McAfee Internet Security Suite 2008, Google software, free 60 day trial of Microsoft Office Professional 2007, Ulead DVD MovieFactory) are only available in the image of Toshiba and not on the Toshiba page driver and, therefore, you must create the first recovery DVDs.
