  Very strange problem with our Toshiba Satellite P205.
  Hit ANY key on the keyboard opens the default browser. For example, type a ten letter word ten browser windows opens. We have replaced the keyboard but the problem persists. Toshiba repair center suggested replacing the motherboard at $500 (which isn't on the cost of a new cell phone?).

  Works very well without any problem using an external keyboard.
  It came with Vista, but we installed XP with the same results. Also tried upgrading the Bios.

  There is a 'hard' switch just above the keyboard that opens the browser. I guess the connectors or printed circuits are corroded or damaged somehow so that any input on the keyboard also triggers this hard switch.

  Possibly a hack software to disable or block the button "Open browser" would solve the problem. How to turn off or reassign these hard buttons?

  Looks like you need to replace the motherboard if you do not want to use the computer's internal keyboard correctly

  You could try to reinstall the clean Windows operating system in order to check if this will help you
  But if the new facility doesn't help then you should use the external keyboard because I doubt a replacement of the motherboard would be an option due to high costs.

   However as per the attached screen shot, I do not have a preference "browser.newtab.url"
  

  Hi, 41 of Firefox, you must use an add-on like tab override (browser.newtab.url replacement), to make changes to the page tab.

  Once installed, open the Add-ons (Ctrl + Shift + A) Manager > Extensions, and then look for the new tab override and click Options to set your preference.

  Note, if you want only the new tab to be the same as your home page, you can use the Add on new tab homepage instead.

  You will then need to restart Firefox for all changes to take effect.

  I have no experience with the help of LV with XPe, so I can't help you there, but I can talk about the way - the EXE is essentially a folder structure that has been compressed into a single file. Inside this structure, LV place shipping screw in a folder called 1abvi3w so that they can be referenced by using a logical path (1337 is to avoid potential collisions).

  The only thing that I can suggest the hand is that you go into the build specification and explicitly include the report class when the generation by adding it to the section to always include. Theoretically, this happens automatically when you use the class, but maybe something is malfunctioning? Perhaps XPe does not pathnames within files exe or dynamics of decompression of the EXE file?

  If this does not work, you can also change the specifications of construction to place the report class at a specific location outside the EXE or go to the Advanced page and set the build to use the 8.x - style paths, which could help you, because I believe that it should generally put classes to report outside of the EXE.

  that work very well. But some of my users use a different browser than the system and reported a problem: when they click on a link, they are asked to choose which application they want to open the URL: the bowser of default web or something else...

  I am writing an application that calls the browser and sends a URL to open for the user. This works perfectly on OS 4.6 to 5.0. However, the OS 6 and 7 the browser is still open with two tabs; We understand the URL I'm trying to open, and the other is the default page of the BlackBerry browser. In addition, the tab with the browser blackberry detaulf page is to the point and my users almost always miss to see that there is another tab open on their browser.

  Has anyone seen this behavior before? If Yes, do you know how I can fix this problem?

  I'm working from memory here, but I believe that the call to b.displayPage (url) displays the browser to your URL, and then b.showBrowser () starts the 2nd tab. If you remove the call to b.showBrowser () on 6.0 +, I believe that the second tab will not be created and only your URL will be displayed.

  I'll check this in a sample, but I remember this coming upwards before and I'm pretty sure that's where the problem comes.
