My Xbox video content that you purchase does not work on Xbox or PC after changing regions.

I have recently moved to the United Kingdom, however, shortly before this, I bought more than $ content $100 Xbox video (tv series). However, after the change in my area, I was horrified to discover that none of this content worked more.

All content is available in the United Kingdom (I checked, and they are all UK programs in any case), so I expected no problems.

My transaction history says that all this content has been purchased and I was wondering if there was some way that this problem could be solved, or maybe my Microsoft Points refunded?

Apart from that, I also bought (while in the United Kingdom) the complete series of The Mighty Boosh. I bought this on the Xbox, but in the Xbox video PC (for Windows RT) application, a single episode appears. It works fine on the Xbox, and the only episode that appears on the PC works fine as well. I don't know if this problem is related, but if it is not, then, I'm a little disappointed by the number of serious problems with the Xbox video service (which had problems not solved with no video Xbox bought categorization of media, as well as worked fine before the update).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
