I get spam slipped into a keylogger program... I changed the password several times but nothing helped.
Contact Yahoo. Not a microsoft program.

Hi my name is Maria and I'm writing this message on behalf of my brother who is at his wit's end, and between us two we are not computer savvy.
My brother who's had enough of company for many years email has now blocked e-mail account (four days and more). To date, which (to me) seems to be a generic Windows Live response is that he has been blocked due to SPAM, but my brother is adamant that there is no problem with spam until that account has been blocked without any notification.
Long story short, we both tried to provide all the necessary details, but does not, he is also asked for more DETAILS of billing, we are the two suspects, because he never had to provide credit card details to set up the email now blocked account.
Last generated Windows Live response was to create a new Windows Live account, get a new e-mail account, but we are not sure how he will get her first email account is not blocked, and having him full access to his e-mails.
I was wondering is it possible for someone real to communicate with my brother or myself for a walk through how to unlock the account. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Friday, I've been hacked/compromised. I think that millions have been. I'm totally stuck to open my REAL MSN account when I go on MSN, it gives me a totally different 'front page' opening, and I can't get my old email, addresses, favorite, THAT I NEED (!) AND more. When I try to sign with my REAL address and password, I get a response "you have been blocked." Friday, before I was blocked, I noticed that I had a lot of e-mail that has been 'returned' and ID would be like DEMON or another term that has been used. I noticed that the addresses of mail originated, are not sent in by me. Some are businesses that don't accept email, unless it is preceded by something before or other.
What can we do? What can you DO to help me. I need to study for my review of the State, I have to do my home and SO many other LEGAL things pmt. HELP ME, HELP ME, HELP ME, PLEASE.
