Namely SecurityError: Error #2148

I have a project that I worked on a folder on my hard drive and I just set up a SVN server so that I can share the code elsewhere.

What I did is I took all records of my Flex project, except for the debug and release files and put them in the SVN. Then in another folder, I have download from the SVN server and I install a new workspace in Flex Builder and imported by right click-> import, general-> existing projects into workspace and then selected the folder that was just downloaded from the server.

Everything seems to work fine, until I made an image in the application and then I get:

SecurityError: Error #2148: SWF file file:///C:/Projects/eightlinesSVN/FashionFlash/bin-debug/Fashion.swf cannot access the resource local file:///C:/Projects/eightlinesSVN/FashionFlash/bin-debug/Fashion.swf/[[DYNAMIC]]/1. at Fashion / __scaleImage_click ([C:\Projects\eightlinesSVN\FashionFlash\src\Fashion.mxml:82])

Anyone know what I might be missing that would have stopped reading the local images of work?

It turns out that the question was \html-template\ of version control. If I remove the SVN and generate again after a clean extraction (following the instructions in the error message on the first run), security errors disappear.

  • SecurityError: Error #2123: security sandbox violation: BitmapData.draw:

    Hello

    I develop a swf in Flash Builder 4.7 to run in the FlashPlayer_sa.exe (11.5). Inside this application, I load another swf in the same folder and inside of it, I load a video from a subfolder.

    To have an effect of paging on my content, I use a copy of the bitmap of the original content. When I have my videos attatched I can do my copy bitmap (copypixels) of the content item and video inside. Now, the "funny" is when I put the video on null stream I get this violation sandboy error:

    SecurityError: Error #2123: security sandbox violation: BitmapData.draw: file:///P:/_projekte/...

    I also add my project folder to the trusted locations in settings global flah. It seems that the verification of the securety has a problem with a stream of the null value and acts like it is from a different domain. A way around this?

    Flash is probably looking for a null file.

  • SecurityError: Error #2000: no security context is active.

    I get this intermittent error when I test a web project locally:

    SecurityError: Error #2000: no security context is active.

    I - think - it's a problem loading of an image but the trace statements clearly show its loading, point out the right dimensions, etc.. I looking for two Event.COMPLETE and IOErrorEvent.IO_ERROR sniff and Event.COMPLETE loads very well. However, the image is never displayed.

    Could certainly be part of the code, but the error seems very general. Anyone have any idea what it really means? I thought that I tested that the choice that a local sandbox would choose a security context.

  • SecurityError: Error #2060: security sandbox violation...

    I think I have a lot of mistakes arise. Basically any site I go on containing the flash I get this error ' SecurityError: Error #2060: security sandbox violation... "but I have had others as well... I have firefox 3, mac osx 10.5.6 ideas how I can stop this?

    So I just solved this problem on my computer. It was very awkward and I started 3 of these errors arise every 30 seconds to 2 minutes.

    I found that it was a result of commercials playing on my AOL Instant Messenger buddy list.

    Downloaded a free software called adfender and 2060 errors have stopped.

    If you use programs such as AIM or Yahoo mail or any other applications or windows that can play ads (even on a site of news if it has ads)

    This is what is causing these errors is displayed.

    Adfender was an instant fix.

    This device or any other ad blocker (stand-alone program, not only an extension for your browser) should do the trick.

    Hope this helps, good luck!

  • A different cause to SecurityError: Error #2152: mode full screen is not allowed.

    Hello world.

    I'm having a weird problem. I have a browser app that have a mode full-screen. It works very well with a button inside the flash (and against all expectation and forum discussions, it works in a function with no 'evt:MouseEvent').

    Anyway. If I call the same function from a javascript function, it shows a trace that I put the function, but it will not in FS mode...

    linke just that:

    private var _hold:Timer = new Timer (700: 1);

    _hold.addEventListener (TimerEvent.TIMER_COMPLETE, onHoldFinish);

    ExternalInterface.addCallback("IsStatic",IsStatic) ("getRaFullScreen", goFullScreen);     When it is called from here, will simply not...

    ...

    ElseIf (_target.hitTestObject (_btnFullScreen)) / / it can be a clicked button or slider placed by AR with the webcam
    {
    _btnFullScreen.onOver ();
    _objInteraction = _btnFullScreen;
    onStartTimer();
    }

    ...

    private function onStartTimer (): void
    {
    If (! _hold.running)
    {
    _hold. Reset();
    _hold. Start();
    }
    }

    private void onHoldFinish(e:TimerEvent_=_null):void / / it could be called directly, but not in the case of full screen
    {
    _objInteraction.OnClick ();      This is called a function within the class of button I made for use with the AR-webcam. Works like a normal button is clicked

    If (_hold.running)
    _hold. Stop();
    If (_fastHold.running)
    _fastHold.stop ();

    }

    private void onInteract(e:TrackerButtonEvent):void / / generated by an event in the line above with the huge comment
    {
    Switch (e.myNdx)
    {
    box 4: / / Index of the button FS
    goFullScreen();          Called to go here, will not be a mouse/keyboard event, but will work!
    break;

    }

    }

    public void goFullScreen(e:MouseEvent_=_null):void
    {
    txtTrace.appendText ("'-' + stage.displayState + '-'");                    both calls succeed

    Try
    {
    If (stage.displayState is StageDisplayState.NORMAL)
    {
    txtTrace.appendText ("'-' + 'Indo para FULL_SCREEN' + '-'");     both calls succeed
    stage.displayState = StageDisplayState.FULL_SCREEN;               the trace is made, but this line works just with the internal call.
    onEnterFS();                                                                                 A simple call to a javascript script to warn the site that the flash will FS_MODE
    }
    on the other
    {
    txtTrace.appendText ("'-' + 'Indo para NORMAL' + '-'");              both calls succeed
    stage.displayState = StageDisplayState.NORMAL;
    }
    }
    catch (error)
    {
    trace ("" erro no FS ' ");
    }
    }

    To put an end to all of this, the client (which also controls the HTML / CSS / Javascript), wants the FS that by the javascript code (he has changed his mind at the top of the button within the flash). But now that the call comes from outside the flash, it does not work.

    Any tips?  Pleeeeaaase

    again, the flash player has to detect the entry of user for a swf on the web enter the fs.

  • Dynamically loaded Bitmapdatas zip are not approved locally and therefore cannot be changed

    It is a very strange problem.

    I use external resources to a game that I do. One of the resources is a zip file containing 100 images (thumbnails). The goal of this zip is simply that he would load these resources much easier, simpler and as I am storing these resources on Amazon S3, significantly cheaper.

    He worked without a hitch, until I moved and ran the swf in a location not approved.

    Now, when I try to load the first thumbnail I get this:

    Charger/get content())

    SecurityError: Error #2148: SWF file file:///C|/Users/Tom/Desktop/Jigsaw.swf cannot access the resource local file:///C|/Users/Tom/Desktop/Jigsaw.swf/[[DYNAMIC]]/1. Only SWF files local local - with system files and trust can access local resources.

    This happens when I try and access Loader.content, I need to do what some bitmapdatas will have to be changed after loading.

    I ran into a similar error when you try to originally load external resources and convert them into bitmapDatas. This has been fixed by using a policy file.

    I thought the policy file was the problem, but then I tried to integrate the .zip in the swf file rather than load it externally, like this:

    [Embed (source = "... / res/images/thumbnails.zip", mimeType = "application/octet-stream" "")]

    But even that threw up the same error.

    What is happening is that a byteArray is skillfully transposed in a BitmapData, but in the process, it becomes not approved by Flash.

    I can't find any way to convert this byte.

    I tried using several different class zip as3 packages, but they all fall into the same obstacle.

    Here's the key code:

    zip: FZip var = new FZip();

    zip.loadBytes (zipData);

    var file:FZipFile = zip.getFileByName ("image1.jpg");

    var loader: Loader = new Loader();

    loader.loadBytes (file.content);

    root.addChild (loader);

    loader.addEventListener ("click", Function {}

    var bd:BitmapData = e.target.content.bitmapData;

    bd.applyFilter (bd, bd.rect, new focus(), new BlurFilter (20, 20, 1));

    } );

    This is the part that is really weird... When I test it, it works fine, when I download online, very well. The only time I get the error is when the SWF file is run locally, but in an untrusted location.

    Obviously, these security measures are a bit blurry if it works without a hitch in line, but does not on-site, expect that it is the other way around.

    As far as I know there's nothing potentially dangerous with my code. It is from a trusted location (the policy file works).

    I found another unfortunate person who encountered the same problem, but never got a response:

    http://www.ActionScript.org/forums/showthread.php3?t=261853

    I've tried EVERYTHING. bitmapdatas loaded dynamically zippers are unmodifiable without apparent reason... unless the swf is opened in a trusted location or anywhere online.

    If you want your trusted local files, it adds trust files setting: http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager04.htm l

  • SWF plays in Windows browsers, but not in those of Mac

    I am trying to create a simple SWF containing a file as well as the default player controls m4v. I want to add to a Web page.

    I've successfully generated such a file and use the code generated by the option HTML publish, I got to play on IE, FF, Chrome and Opera on Windows 7.

    When I try to open the same Web page from the same location on my Mac, however, I see the player controls with a green animation that shows the loading. The movie never does. I tried this in Safari, Chrome, and Firefox on Mac, all with the same result. I also had friends try it on other Macs, with the same result.

    Is there a difference in the way that Windows and OS X deal with the SWF files I need to take account of? Anything else I might be missing?

    Tell me, you probably have the file that is in the wrong place. Make sure that when you test that you test the non-local live version.

    You point to a video on a local hard drive. When you link the video in Flash, make sure that the path is relative to the swf file and make sure that your server matches. Organize your files and folders with care.

    In the fla file, there must be sonething that is encoded in order to call this address.  You must go through the code in the file and find it.  If you used a FLVPlayer, check the \parameters put in place for this in the properties panel.
