  I'm having a problem to download a BlackBerry World project.

  The thing is that I created a Web launcher for my application with Webworks and sandbox in the supplier portal in a draft State so that I can download on the Z10 and test it before the release. When I'm in the BB world in developer mode and enter the SKU/project ID, found but when I click on download an error appears saying "Network error" and "a network error occurred while processing your request.   Try to delete the affected files (rhsharedresource.apj & SearchOptions.xml) of RSO (to both the root node and the node of branch) and also your local project folder and see if that helps.

  If the problem persists, can you please provide the information for the following queries:

  1. What are the exact steps you followed everything by updating this controlled version of project for the first time?

  Like, you click Yes/No in the upgrade, most recent and the extraction dialog box?

  2. don't open your local copy or the BSR project?

  If you open this project of RSO, did open this project of the root node or the branch node?

  3. Please let us know the details of the branch properties if possible.
