  Well, I found a way to use LOVs cascading on page elements with values exceeding 4000 characters:

  Let's say I have a shuttle named P1_ORGANISATIE with "List of values" box, a dynamic LOV named "Source: lists of values Query" containing the value:

  If the number of records-NINEHAM is insufficient, the length of the value of P1_ORGANISATIE, which is a list of concatenated with colon separated digital ID, can exceed 4000 characters.

  Now, suppose I have a list of selection called P1_TEST that is connected through "List of values"-> "Cascading LOV Parent article (s)" with P1_ORGANISATIE, using a named LOV dynamic with "Source: lists of values Query" containing:

  In this case, when P1_ORGANISATIE exceeds 3998 characters, you'll get an "ORA-01704: string literal too long"-error and the P1_TEST will show an element called "undefined".

  A way around this is possible because for a named LOV, you can use a "function that returns a sql query" instead of a simple sql query. In other words, we can apply in the context of PL/SQL and thus have maximum for expressions of 32767 instead of 4000 characters. In addition, it is possible to use the two APEX_UTIL. STRING_TO_TABLE and APEX_COLLECTION.

  Setting "Source: lists of query values" on the LOV appointed to P1_TEST with the following code will work:

  IExpense module it is a rule of Data Type of expense named "rule of entertainment." When we give this rule to any type of expense (for example Entertainment) in the free service request details page two additional areas (information of employees) and employee information will be displayed.
  
  My requirement is to change that rule so that it shows only a single region (employee information) in the self service page.
  
  Can anyone help me by explaining the process to modify or create a new 'fresh Type data rule' in iExpenses?

  Blame Internet charge of configuration and Administration of your username.

  These select Internet charge of installation.

  Click on the 18th tab, then fresh fields on the Policy tab.

  On the left side, you have the Type of expense rules.

  Select the one you want to change and edit and save it.

• Artist names in the tags capping to 16 characters on Fuze MP3

  A minor fault on the "rocket" - I recently noticed that some of the files MP3 I have on my Fuze of the artist name display truncated versions, even if the tags to display OK on my computer. On the rocket, SOME but not all MP3 files have a maximum of 16 characters for the name of the artist concerned. Odd.

  I wonder if I can do something to label Fuze-compatible.

  Fuze displays artists on Vorbis files in shape and even to MP3 files, but most of the MP3s I've recently encoded with Foobar2000 poster cutting on my rocket.

  Examples:

  Band name Zacharias Carls group appears as 'Zacharias Carls'

  "Apoptygma Berzerk" becomes "Apoptygma Berzer"

  "Echo & the Bunnymen" becomes a fun 'Echo and the Bunny '.

  In some cases, this cut production of the artist in two, when some files display the full name while others only 16 first letters.

  Strange, minor, but ideas for a solution?

  certainly a coding problem.  I hit myself.   I think that the problem is the songs of the artist to 16 characters truncating is ID3v2.4, UTF-8.  If you search the forum, there are some other threads on this topic.

  I want to rename a file using a slash symbol but I get this message, why are they not allowed and is it possible to replace it?

  These characters have a functional significance affecting the management of the operating system files and even acknowledge that there is even a file if it was to meet such a file name.  I guess you can rename in some versions of Linux, for example, but then I guess that you could produce a file Windows would hang up on.

  For example, the slash symbol is interpreted as a delimiter to separate the names of folders (directories) nested in another and also the names of files in folders.  For example, I have a file path (address) 'C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\spiro and graphing\GeneratingLissajousFigures.cdf', and if the file may be named with a separator, then Windows might get confused.  (Also, / and -get interpreted in the same way at the end.)

  I get a compile error that I can't not around.

  Now, a couple of weeks, I got another error from a corrupt repository that I only had time by the abolishment of the class and recreate the class and then copying the original CPP and hpp back into files.

  If they come to the top wrong (for example, you type a thing but another appears on the screen), check out Windows to see if your keyboard has fallen into another language.  I'm not familiar with multiple language support, but in my opinion, there are sequences of keys which cause the keyboard mapping switch.

  You use the wrong keyboard layout. Apparently, you have a UK keyboard, if you want that the UK keyboard layout. You are probably using the American provision.

  To change it, go to control panel | Region and language and click the keyboard and languages tab. Then click on change keyboards... and choose the one that suits you.
