  Can I delete an event files in the bundle of fcpx without mishap? I tried to delete them in FCPX, but it does not work. The event, in that they were damaged when connecting the drive cable broke.

  I guess you can, but if there are already problems, why dig the hole even deeper.

  I copy the entire library on a spare drive and play with the copy, leaving your original library in tact. Kinda like having a backup reverse.

  Once understand you the problems in the copied library you can move forward with confidence and apply the changes to the original.

  BTW: Start with the removal of the Flexolibrary in the contents of the package, it can re - build and fix things.

• GarageBand plug-ins bundle

  I have trouble getting my waves plugins in garageband. I have read some other forums and gone through the process of clearing the cache audio (for garageband re-scan), garageband restarting, restarting the computer, uninstall and reinstall garageband, uninstall and re - install plugins from waves, and still I'm not able to use the plugins in garageband. Plugins are not yet selectable in the garageband plugins section.

  I have a fairly old TV Regza, purchased in 2008, which still seemed to work perfectly.

  However, I recently moved house and now there seems to be a problem with the option of DTV in the source menu.
  Analog, HDMIs etc all work perfectly. It won't let me even to select DTV even if, as the option is grayed out.

  New to this. New on FCPX (self learning)... not sure of the terminology, etc... apologies for naïve questions before. I really appreciate your help.

  I tried to make a backup of hard drive Seagate 4 TB to another 1. Don't copy an extra-large FCPX bundle (1 to). ' "About a quarter of the way by it gives me error - 36" cannot be copied because some files cannot be read or written "message.

  I tried to restart, I tried the dot_clean, I tried to remove all rendered files, I reformatted the hard drive with exFAT (supposedly for large files)... I don't know what else to do. I really need to get this thing saved!

  I would be fine even if I could just backup the deadlines on the backup drive so I do not lose my changes if something were to happen. I need only really the media in one place, right? From now it is all copied in the project...
