  I work in Flash Pro CS5 to develop mobile applications. When I try to import some of the libraries 'fl', I get errors. For example:

  Import fl.motion.MatrixTransformer;

  Gives error: 1172: definition fl.motion is not found

  fl libraries should be available automatically, but you can link manully to AS3 libraries by setting one source path in "actionscript settings." on my pc the folder root of libraries is C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Adobe Flash CS5\Common\Configuration\ActionScript 3.0\projects\Flash\src this is what happens in the source path

  If the files are not on your machine then I guess you'll need to reinstall cs5

• Need help with XP, you try to restore the system to the mode safe mode with command prompt.

  XP does not start even in safe mode.  Can access the mode safe mode with command prompt. Tried to use the repeated suggestion here.  The said command is not available.

  I use Dreamweaver CS4 on a PC.

  I searched through a large number of posts during the last two days, I tried the tutorial projectseven.com, google would, etc., but still may not know...

  All I want to do is apply a different link color to some links at the bottom of my page. Elsewhere on the site, I put the color blue (for the link) and orange (for the hover)-for footer links, I want the link to be white and the hover to stay orange color.

  The problem with the projectseven tutorial is that it seems not to apply to the CS4 and I kept getting error messages when you try to apply a new CSS rule - there is no class. Tag | Advanced according to the instructions...

  I copied the code to my page for this. The links I want to apply a different style to are contained in the DIV called "Footer-Navigation-Bar.

  Could someone please give me some instructions or point me in the right direction please?

  You can see the CSS that applies to your links above.  If you have links you want to style in a different way, just write the rule as follows:

  #Footer - Navigation - Bar has: link {}

  color: Red;

  text-decoration: none;

  }

  Or whatever.  There are other ways, but this will make you as you already have these links you want to style differently in a div with its own code.  The new rule comes after other rules in your CSS I think that to make sure of the cascade, well thinking about, there is something called specificity in the CSS, which means that the rule I suggest will win anyway.  Everything you do in my suggestion is to select one: a link that is a descendant of an element with particular ID.

  I hope this helps.  I am a novice and might have gotten a little fuzzy with the waterfall/specficity but good, I think you get where you want to go...

  I'm relatively new to flash, but a fairly skilled programmer.
  
  I've created a game that works perfectly and communicates with a WinSock server on port 4000 to publish his final to score. With the help of simple XMLSocket and Send.
  
  When I start the game in the stand-alone flash player everything works perfectly as it should
  
  However, when I embed in an HTML page or similar this is wrong. The game works fine, but the final display on the WinSock socket server fails. I got the error message.

  My file is sitting in the wwwroot in my Web server where my flash swf is hosted and looks like

  My server and the test computer are on the same domain, the web server is a win2003 server and my tests and server coding is a XP machine running IE7. They are connected by a router ADSL, sharing the same external IP address, but rather through the DHCP addressing. Everything works fine for winsocket port port forwarding.
  
  Just for emphasis, I think that this configuration is correct, because everything works fine when I run in the flash player.

  I fixed it later.

  In version 9.0.124.0 flash they force now you have a server running on port 843 XML socket server somewhere if you want to use XMLSocket in a browser.

  Nothing to do with the domain or crossdomain.xml files.

  You must also call

  Security.loadPolicyFile ("xmlsocket://x.x.x.x:843") before opening the socket.

  to load into the XML file that defines what is allowed.

  Google search for AS3 and socket server port 843 and you will find examples and even a simple Java based server to use.

  I have a pix 515 v6.3. I am tring to use then "debug access list of all the" command to see what traffic is stopped by my access list. However, I don't get any output. I turn execution of the command, but nothing happens. Other debug commands give the console. Perhaps, I do not understand what "debug to access list of all the" is used for.   I need help with a SQL query to get the result as above without using the group by clause. • Need help with moving around images

  I need help with moving images and images around the dreamweaver document window. My brother gave me his computer witch a dreamweaver MX (it is in Irag) so I can start building my own construction sites. I went to borders and bought a book on dreamweaver MX. Here's where I'm having a problem with: when ever I bring an image in the document window, I can't move the image around the document window. The book says "place the insertion point where you want the image to appear" but there is no insertion point. There is just a straight line as if I am trying to type something. It's almost as if I'm in microsoft word. If I take the mouse on the image, and then left click and try to drag the image to the location I want, it does not move. Can someone please help me with this problem. Thanks Jical
