  I'm sorry but as Acrobat 8 standard is quite an old version, you not certainly would be able to download as the download link for old versions do not exist.

  Adobe stops at the previous version of Acrobat for sale that there is soon a new version on the market.

  Turn off the first copy (via the Help menu).

  If you still have the Setup program, copy that through and run it again. If this is not the case, download the software from the Adobe server, you did the first time. Install and activate as before.
