  This is a typical and very common requirement.

  The solution is to store your media library as well as your catalog on an external drive.

  You can connect the external drive on both computers alternately. The performance is very good.

  As long as you have purchased a cross-platform license, it should be as easy to install the version of Windows on the Windows machine and using the serial number, you must activate it.  In the past licensed PES was cross-platform default, so you might be lucky.

  Go in Apple > system preferences > Security & Privacy > General

  and less allow applications downloaded on:

  change to anywhere and then install PES 9

  After the installation of PES 9, you can change the security setting back to where it was before the installation of PES 9.

  No license is valid for the version for which it was originally awarded.  You won't be able to use it to activate a different version.  You might be able to use it to serve an eligible version when you activate an upgrade version, but you still have to pay for the upgrade version.
