  OK, I have not had the time for it but started to get curious anyway. I found a way to remove when the text also contains tabs or nonbreaking spaces. I added the following front of the line of F_StrStripLeadingSpaces():

  remove the spaces to the left. If the string is nothing but white space, we will
  get an empty string

  This replaces tabs and spaces of nb with normal spaces, until the rest of the operation continues (8 = tab, 17 = nb space).  I must say, though, I'm a little confused about why these character codes are used. I would have thought the tab would be 9, and the nb of space something else. But in any case, it works in my test.

  I use the EMP Table in page jspx ADF to insert data into database.when, I insert a line in the table by createInsert operation, it the insertion of the line. But I need to remove that line immediately with enter them any value.
  
  But it displays a validation to empno error. Y at - it means to remove the empty line? If not, what are the reasons that we cannot remove the line.

  I'm a bit confused with your logic here...

  But if you try to delete the row by clicking the button Delete you can set the immediate property to true, this function of deletion will take place without performing any validation of the entity...

  You have empty paragraphs between phases 1 and 2? The graphics are placed not in line with the text, which means that they are on a different layer (I think that's the right word but I'm not sure).

  Many spaces that bothers me a lot more several returns, I remove both comes out of force of habit.

  Wrap the image is OK but when coupled with paragraph space after gets bit wobbly on me. I'm sure it's something that's been solved, but just has a feel strange factor for me.
