• Almost no windows do store games work

  Really, I've exhausted all the solutions I could find, so I hope someone can help me.

  I am running Windows 8 Pro N 32-bit. on my netbook - Asus 1201N, ILA Atom 1.6 Ghz, Nvidia ION, 3 GB of ram.

  90% of the games on the store do not work. They show the splash screen and just out to start again, no error nothing.

  I tried:

  Update drivers, all windows updates, Net framework 3.5, to move to a Local account, back to a real account, check the permissions for windows, files from program files as an article on the proposed topic. Uninstalled my antivirus, and finally I did a refresh (it was a new facility initially format disk HARD etc.). Nothing helps.

  I have the same version of windows on another laptop computer and a PC, games work.

  I just hope that someone can help me!

  I actually managed to solve my problem! I'm not completely sure how it happened so here's the story-
  After that I did this topic I reinstalled windows completely. Started from scratch - new games don't work. I installed all my programs again, all the drivers, etc. I gave up on the games.
  When I saw your response, I decided to try again. The update part was already made, there is no update for the most part, but I tried solving the problems, as you suggest (I've used it before reinstall too, but that the devil). He did "repairs", after that no program works. Programs the same office has not started, things like IE and Skype. Desperately, I refreshed the PC. If everything worked again, except for games, as before. This time, I did something different with my driver installation. I installed the nvidia graphics drriver, then the driver chipset from the asus site, his version was 5 something so I downloaded driver chipset ION from nvidia on the nvidia site. It was something from 15. I ran the installer and update the driver. And before that I even try another game, I also installed the windows Media Player package 8. It is not installed by default because it's the version N of the windows. So, after everything I rebooted. Downloaded a game that showed up and voila, it's runing fine. I downloaded a bunch of games that did not run before, just to be safe, and everything is fine now!
  I don't know exactly what, is perhaps the most recent version of the chipset (before I used 5 version now its 15), but also, I have not tried to install the package before media player.
  In any case if you don't me to use this utility I would'v drop on it.

  Most of the games work in Windows 7 (they make for me in any case), you also comptibility mode if they do not work exactly right. I saw a few posts about games that don't work, but they were for the most part, OLD games, or video driver problems.

  My Satellite U400 has an Intel GMA4500 HD and I don t have any problems with it. OK, it s not the fastest graphic card games but quite fast for the older games of high quality and latest on the quality of low medium.

  I have a wireless mouse HP (RM809A) with possibility to use USB blotooth and keyboard HP (KG-0851) another game (of the same kind) withought a possibility of using USB, which I lost. When I plug in the USB, the mouse works fine but I can't make the keyboard work. I ve tried with the new battery pack and followed the instruction Peel in what concerns (pushing connect button for long periods).

• Games works more slowly for the 3rd time.

  I suspect that my graphics card is corrupted/confused.  A few weeks ago, I was able to play all my games on graph high resolution of 1440 x 900, but with shadows.  About 2 weeks ago I had to give up all my games at the lowest effects and the resolution to 1024 x 768.  Now my games won't work for about 15 minutes and that the framerate will drop severely.  I ran Furmark and my average FPS was 8... I cleaned the inside of the computer, defragmented, it, ran CCleaner, updated my card system restore, I tried to graphics.  This is the 3rd time I've had this problem.  Is my just messed up graphics card or somehting?  Here are my specs.  If I left something out let me know.  I have this PC for about 3 years.

  Look at the NVIDIA GTX 460 1 GB as a possible choice for a video card.  The CX500 Corsair has enough power for the NVIDIA GTX 460 1 GB.

  You might do some research on what the gamers who use 2 BBC are recommend for a video card.

  I am running Windows 7 upgraded from Vista home premium 64-bit on a quad-core processors, to 2.66 Ghz, Nvidia GTX 260 GPUs (x 2 SLI), 12 GB of DDR3 RAM.  I can't get the 3D application to work with my games.  I tried the upgrade/downgrade of the GPU drivers; for example DOOM 3 will not work unless the GPU is fully upgraded and then not 3D

  Also, try to update your motherboard chipset drivers as well. Simply because only the video drivers support Sli, it must be supported with the chipset drivers too. If you look at the site of Nvidia and the forums, you will see that Nvidia has not yet perfected SLi games on windows7. I had the same problem as you, I have Nvidia 9800GT SC in SLI, and I work installed Doom3. Fortunately, a fix came a set BIOS to update my motherboard (750 a SLi XFX) manufacturer. See if there is an update to the BIOS of your motherboard. Focus on the Nvidia forums as well.

  Ive had a lot of trouble with playing desperados 2 on windows 7.
  I have intaleed it and when I try to run it, IT allways says, not sufficient, admin privileges to open the application for the first time! (I'm ranked as an administrator on the computer)

  Ive tryied run as administrator and run in compatibility mode, and by disabling the UAC, but what happens then is the cursor turns a few times then goes back to normal!       ! Help!

  My specs are well above reconmended:
  4 GB of ram, amd x 4 phanton, 500 gb hd, 9500gt 1 GB

  If you have already tried it works in compatibility mode for XP and it still does not work, then you will need to contact the manufacturer (Atari) software.  They may have a hotfix or an update that helps it run in Windows 7.  This game does not appear in the Windows Compatibility Center , so it may not be able to run.
