network maps to models with 2.1(1b)

After the 2.1(1b) I noticed a new entry when creating your dynamic vNIC / models (see attached photo). How is it different from the earlier implementation of the firmware?

Thank you

It's just a cleaner way to separate ordinary vNIC vNIC dynamics.  Previously, they were grouped under the same tree.  It is only a cosmetic change.

Kind regards

Robert

    WindowsXP-KB922120-v5 - x 86 - ENU.exe

I recently tried to install this update WindowsXP-KB922120-v5 - x 86 - ENU.exe on a XP Home SP3 system http://support.microsoft.com/kb/922120/en-us + so that my Win 7 PC could properly recognize the XP PC on the network card. I saved the XP HD package and then he ran, but he advised that my XP system is a newer version and so the update was unnecessary and not installed. The network is wired, and both systems can see well that there are certain permissions I need to sort out the XP PC to access files Win 7. I tried to solve KB922120 by reading the online forum and have read most of the questions but no remedy to this problem.

  • Network mapped drive with hidden server path

    Hello everyone,

Can you show me the code to do this:

Instead, we have more than 10 data sharing server folders.

What I want to do is, I mapped in any car as a name: O, P, Q, etc... I wrote a command line of mapped drive 10 network as follows:

NET use drive: \\server name\Share name

    Ex:

    NET use H: \\abc\accounting

After we have run this batch file, we will get the result like this:

    Accounting (\\abc) (h)

My prefer is I want a network mapped as this form:

    Computerized (h :))

I heard that, VBScript can do, you can let write me the code?

  • The Siebel data model with attribute mapping rule OPA?

    Hello

Someone at - it has mapped siebel attribute of data model with the attribute rulefiles (rule of word doc file) (for example, p1, p2, p3... generated automatically)?

I imported the siebel data model in OPM version 10.2. He created siebeldatmodel.xsrc file. all siebel attribute created with ID, model ID with the same name as the name attribute of siebel. but in the rulebook, we attributte with p1, p2, p3... names etc.

The problem I am facing at I'm not able to map the attribute siebel generated with attribute (p1, p2, p3) rule book

Any quick suggestions of experts will be very apperciable.

    Thank you

There are a few simple rules for text attributes.

    1. unless the attribute belongs to the global level, the attribute must have the text of the entity included in its text. Thus, if the attribute belongs to the 'contact' it must understand that in its text. The possible options are:

    "* the contact work country."

"the country of work of * the * contact."

    2. you cannot have two attributes with the same public name or the same text. So, you will get an error if you have two attributes with the same text "the country of work.

  • Windows cannot create the network map. Responses of the other devices on the network are delayed or on the network, there is a router incapatible

    Original title: no network card
I installed a NETGEAR N300 Wireless USB Adapter on my computer which is a desk top Dell 64-bit running Windows 7 Edition Home Premium. There are five computers on my network. Two of the others use the same model of NETGEAR wireless USB adapt. I removed the Ethernet cable after the installation of the wireless adapter. I can say that the new wireless adapter works fine. When I tried to map the network I got the same message that appears in some of these problems: "Windows cannot create the network map. Responses of the other devices on the network are delayed or there is a router on the network incapatible". I have restarted this computer in SafeMode as suggested in the above problems. I tried other things like disabling the wired connection has always existed for the cable. No effect. Then I tried mapping the network on the other computers. All failed with the same message. All the other four computers are 32-bit. Three of these computers are also running Windows 7 Home Premium. They are the best desktop computers. The other computer is a Windows 7 Starter netbook running. It is the 32-bit computer, always using a cable. That will be replaced with the same wireless adapter model NETGEAR. Anyone know how to fix this or is this a bug? It would be nice of the network software of Windows 7 has worked as it is supposed to. TO.

I went the last wired wireless computer and the problem disappeared. The five computers can view the map now without any problems.

  • Failure of XP logon to the W2K3 domain unless that network ports are enabled with already logged on workstation

Fully patched XP laptop computer (Dell D630) cannot connect to a W2K3 domain, unless the network port is swapped with a workstation already on (connected) network.  Time and the computer name are all correct.  The name of the computer is in AD.  Am able to connect to the laptop using the credentials cached (without being connected to the network).  Can then connect to the network and manually map the drives, etc.  User account seems to be ok as well (because I can manually map).

Have never seen this before. What could cause this problem and solve it?  I can't always share network with active PC ports.

  • What is this line dotted on the network map?

I'm just curious as to what this line dotted on the network map?

    Hello

According to the description of the problem, I understand that you are asking some about the network card and dotted line. I've certainly you will help answer your query.

The following diagram illustrates a typical presentation of home network with several computers and other devices connected to each other through several components of the infrastructure and to the Internet via a router.

The network map lets you see the devices on your local subnet, and how they are connected to each other and to the Internet. The computer on which you build the map is displayed in the upper left corner. Other computers on your subnet appear on the left. Infrastructure devices, such as switches, hubs, and gateways to other networks to appear on the right.

The green line indicates the device you are currently using in the visualization of the network card. The solid line indicates a wired connection, while the dotted lines indicate that the device is connected through the radio.

Hope this can help, please write back to us if you need more help, we will be happy to help you.

  • HP network printer shows the network map but offline on the list of printers.

On one of my computers networked, HP "Solutions Center" said driver HP 6310xi printer is connected, the status of retail & will print their diagnosis directly report to the printer.  Windows 7 printer in network map poster, & gives status & installation information data information internal printer via IE by page (192.168.1.100) to the IP address of the printer.  However, control panel Windows 7 printer displays printer as "offline" on the list of printers & just policies of the print requests.  Troubleshooting gives error message "turn on printer monitor.  Other printers to print OK network.  Bad computer is on a different subnet in my home network with a wireless LinkSys WET610n connection bridge.  My network is totally LinkSys N.  Why Win 7 make a basic network connection to the printer, but not recognize it as a printer online?... HTC

The printer can be reset and changed its IP address in the process [that's happened for me]. To fix this, go to the center of sharing of network &--> the map and click on your printer. This will tell you the IP address that your printer is running [the number which should be something like 192.168.1.xxx]. Then go into devices Printers &--> printer--> port--> Port TCP/IP Standard for your printer properties--> configure the Port. So, you want to change the IP address where it says "printer name or IP address" to the new IP address that you have found.

  • SRM plugin: Add a network mapping

    Hi people,

Maybe someone can help me with this question.

OK, so there's this new plugin SRM for vCO for use with MRS. 5.8. I can start a workflow provide the necessary entry and it does what it says it does but I don't understand how I can link some of these new workflows in my workflow because miss me a lot of methods. As an example lets observe the workflow "Add a network mapping", lets say that I have my existing workflow, which creates a portgroup and now I want the newly created portgroup mapped in SRM so I want to call the workflow 'Add a network map' and it expects input from me three settings, SRM:Site, RS : LocalNetwork and SRM:RemoteNetwork, but since there is no method like getAllRemoteNetwork I do not know how to pass this value to 'add a network mapping' workflow other than me as a man rolling through the UI vCO.

Thanks for any help on this.

I'm not too familiar with vRealize Orchestrator (SRM being more my field of activity), but you may be able to use the Server.findAllForType method in a scriptable job (from for example the SRM:RemoteNetwork type and the name of the network as the two parameters) to retrieve a table of correspondence of the remote networks. I don't know more accomplished orchestrator experts can provide more details on that.

  • Problem with RTF model with columns > 63

    Hello

We use the XML editor in Oracle EBS 12.1.3.

I have a relationship with more than 100 columns, for which I created an RTF model with going out to Excel. I fell on the boundary of Word of 63 columns in a table.  To get around it, I created a table with 2 columns and each column insert a table of columns about 58.

Well, it seems to work 90% of the time.  But at the end of the excel sheet the last 20 or if data lines have sometimes 58 columns in the column in the external table empty.  The second cell of the outer table is a large cell empty.

The issue seems to occur when there is a lot of data in the report.  If I run the report on specific lines containing questions the data is displayed correctly.

Everyone has faced something like this?  Or have any ideas on how to debug what is happening?

    Thank you

    -Johnnie

Hopefully the new XSL - FO model is selected in the Options tab, when you submit the request. Output XML code usually means - an error (if the program terminates with an error) or the mapping of model not done correctly (if completed normally).

  • Portege R830 - model with SSD or HARD drive?

    Hello!

I am considering buying a Portege R830. I've yet to decide between the Portégé R830-10R (model with HARD drive) and the Portégé R830 - 10 p (model with a 256 GB SSD). To do this, I would like to know:

-What is the SSD model assembled in the Portégé R830?
-It uses a standard SATA connection or an owner like the previous Portégé R700 SSD?
-Have someone replaced the original HDD to the Portégé R830 by a whole new SATA 3 SSD? Wich one? It works fine?

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi MadVet,

The SSD of Portege R830 - 10 p is a model of Toshiba 2.5 so it does not work in Portege R830. In addition due to the 2.5 form factor it uses SATA standard interface as normal hard drives.

In my opinion, you should take the model with SSD. 256 GB is enough for the operating system and applications as well as for some important data. If you need more disk external HARD disk space use. SSDS are very fast and you will see the performance of the SSD HARD drive instead ;)

  • Old devices still showing in the network map

I can't get rid of the old devices/computers of the NM network map. I remove them from the map but some time later, probably after a reboot, they show once again. Any ideas? I have the E3000 router if that makes a difference.

    Thanks, that did the trick.

  • removed from the network computers still will appear on the network map

I have removed two computer laptop computers fom my network and removed in the network map.  They are no longer on the PREMISIS (sold).  Subtracting them to the magic of the network, I removed the network locking, set up as 'Follow-up as intruders' and they removed the network card.  I then reset the locking system.  When I bruing to the top of the map of the network, they are gone.  However, after a few minutes, as they appear again.  How can I remove them permanently from my network?

Your network card is like showing wrong info. You can follow the steps on this link: http://www6.nohold.net/Cisco2/ukp.aspx?vw=1&docid=8571edab25b54432bfb7b7672a577b8f_19407.xml&pid=80&.... This is a guide for you refresh the service of the network magic software platform and then check if after doing the steps in the network card will always show the same information.
