  I use Firefox for years and never had any problems. Now, I upgraded winows 10 and since that day I have very often crahses, mainly by closing firefox, but sometimes also during downloads and other actions.
  I recreated and uninstalled firefox as recommended, but nothing has changed.

  Hello
  I had some problems with my computer these days and can not say what is the cause. It starts fine, Firefox opens very well and I can check gmail and facebook etc and close without problem. Yet, there seems to be a bug that I fall on, maybe if I use multiple tabs or and it happened a few times now, trying to connect to Amazon or using pages which I think can use Flash. Basically, the computer continues to work but is extremely slow - it takes a few seconds to respond to simple tasks, like highlighting of an icon of office and 15 minutes to close. The last time it happened there were about four to six versions of Flash running in the Task Manager and I had to manually stop those using end task. It also happens if I close Firefox, and then try opening it again.

  I think it is a kind of problem of incompatibility due to recent updates - last week, that I have updated to Firefox 27.0.1, AVG Free did a big update, and there are also some updates Windows 7, I downloaded. I should also mention that I installed Trusteer report - because of conflicts with Firefox in the past, I've downloaded the latest version since this is the usual solution, but nothing has changed.

  I don't think it's a virus. AVG has nothing back, I ran Malwarebytes using the system this morning and he found nothing that makes a difference. I have also run a HijackThis scan and you don't see anything that jumps out at me as being irrelevant. The task manager has normal CPU and memory with no program running that should not be. Although I had a problem with the Manager of tasks - immediately after the start, it will trigger the accident if I click to view all processes. As far as I know, no part of Firefox is running at this point so he would have nothing to do with it, but AVG and report are both running, and so far the only other triggers to an accident I found occurred all using Firefox.

  Just to tie up this thread and help anyone who has the same problem, the dispute was out not to be a problem with Firefox at all but the last updated AVG. I got in touch with them and did some scans for them, but everything went well. In the end, I simply uninstalled AVG in safe mode and reinstalled the latest version. It has been fine since and I gave it almost a week so far. I think it was an error in the patch that was causing the taskbar or the items on it down.

  given that the automatic updates installed kb890830 my norton anti virus blocks. Microsoft no longer supports xp, so is there a way to uninstall the update?  or is there a way to tell microsoft out of the error report? and they answer on xp error report?   I could use my app News earlier today and in recent days since the iPad Pro update to iOS 9.3.2.  However, all of a sudden my News app crashes and will not open.  I press on the icon and it opens and says he's looking for new stories and then crashes.  It will not fully open.  If I try to open a report, it opens a second and then crashes.  I don't know if this is a new bug or not.

  I see that your iPhone / iPad receive are formatted as files "winmail.dat" which you are unable to open attachments. I'll be happy to help you.

  If your Mac email contains a winmail.dat attachment - while this article is for the emails from Mac, the question is the same. Once the sender updates their e-mail applications, messaging on a device iOS and Mac applications should be able to open the attachments.

  In the meantime, he also winmail.dat readers available for both devices.
