  I just got a Blackberry "BOLD" from my local Vodafone store. I went through all the bits and pieces to set up a blackberry email address (via Vodafone mobileme) so I can start the push email.   Open the application "messages".  Press the 'u '.  Brings you to the last e-mail unopened.  If there is nothing in there, press the menu key and select 'View Saved messages.'  Do the same thing in there with the U key (if there is a lot.)  If it is not in the saved messages, doing the same thing again, and then select "view folder" and each search folder until find you it.

  I got two last week of new Blackberry "BOLD" for a couple of patterns here.  What I was thinking that it was the right thing to let them via a USB hub over the weekend to ensure a full first charge.  Today they turn on.  Rear left the battery out in both entities for about five minutes and put it in and even they will not be running.  The USB was powered by a UPS so power would have been clean.  Seems strange that both units have the same problem.

  Let's start with a battery pull.  Something in your operating system does not work correctly if a battery pull he must solve.  Remove the battery while your phone is on, then replace it.

  With Tmobile, you have 14 days to return it, no questions asked. I would give a week to see if the battery life normalizes.

  Do not drain the battery completely, the top of the load when you get a chance during the day, even 10 minutes can make a big difference.

  And, Yes, the 9780 use OS6, which has a homescreen look different than a 9700 on OS 5.

  I also added a folder on the desktop to my email, but is showing new emails in my e-mail folder and my SMS messages folder.
