  I suspect that your problem is illegal characters (' / ') in your path, certainly it is the case in your original vi. You need to format your path, something like this (underscore instead of a slash stroke):

• No layout for new files

  Hello! I use the latest version of Dreamweaver, CC2015.1, on a Windows 8 machine. When I create a new file, I don't have any provisions listed in the options. Here's what look like Windows HTML and CSS. Should there be provisions therein, in particular the CSS option? If so, how can I get them? In other words, there are a few options under the grid of fluid (inheritance), whatever, but it's the only selection with features at all.

  A little, things have changed since the version you were using before. The 'old' have disappeared, replaced by items in Starter models on the far left of your screen.

  This will be based on page layouts, models of Bootstrap and sensitive starters.

  I upgraded to Adobe explained CC 2015.

  When I start a new file A4 or A3 - it does not show the entire layout is missing the upper edge (see attached screenshot).

  I restarted the program and the computer - no luck!

  Can someone please provide me with more information on how to fix this problem or is it a glitch in CC 2015?

  I mean your cse_newsletter.cfm model can be designed to accept parameters to view a newsletter of a certain month and year. If it accepts URL parameters, then you can create a link to it like this:

  http://mydomain.com/cse_newsletter.cfm?month=1&year=2014

  And if the parameters are not passed, you could do that show the user a list of months and years (control for example via the selection list form) so that they can select the month and year they need. That's how he could design in any case. Unless your data is stored somewhere in a database, your model would never work for a scenario (last month), and it's a great limitation because no one can observe beyond newsletters. You may not write files to disc etc, because the model has just need to show correct information letter. You can create any link to the newsletter you need once it has been designed to accept parameters month and year (which are in turn to your CFQUERY tags to get the data).
