My "browser wrong version" was caused by a former version being left in the "general.useragent.override" field number It would seem that this old version number would be removed after an upgrade, but the old version number is simply left there. • I can't set up email on the new iMac

  I don't know what is happening, but when I try to configure my e-mail account in the e-mail program on my new iMac, I get back a message that the email already exists.  However, enter the mail program to try to put in place shows clearly that he is not there at all.   If you have a new machine and you just want to install software or backups, you can do it on the Apple Store. The process can last a few minutes.

  Or you could request assistance phone Apple help once you get your machine. (It's one of your benefits as a new Mac owner.) Or ask one of the people on this forum for further assistance - without having to drive to your Apple Store with a big iMac.

  TM must control the sparsebundle to the backup... He must disassemble at the end of the backup cycle... and back at the beginning of the next cycle... I assume you are using a TC.

  The solution is to disassemble the TM properly... or to put it in simple terms... Restart the TC.

  I highly recommend not to inherit the old backup... but start a new... If the drive is not large enough we can make suggestions on get more space or recovering from it.
