  Hi all - I just had a DisplayPort to HDMI cable and try to plug it up to our RCA LCD HDTV and get an error 'No Signal!"on TV - and I tried on another new Insignia TV with the same result.

  I am running Windows 7.

  Is there a way to test if the modem is not working properly?  Or do I have to do something special to make it pump display on the TV?  I have also tried to treat TV as a projector and a second monitor with no luck.

  There was a previous discussion about this problem and the problem of working on the video but not the audio.  I know that's not the symptom, you have, but I suspect the adapter, assuming that you don't have the latest version of the video driver on your computer.

  I bought an adapter that only adopted Monoprice video, not audio, between my T410 (with NVidia graphics card) and my LCD Samsung TV, despite no mention of this limitation.  The possible solution for me, at least, was to buy the sold adapter by NVidia, made by Bizlink, who works for video and audio.  The lesson is that these things are not as simple as<-->DVI, HDMI adapters, and you can't assume that they work with every PC and every TV.

• Eloqua actually done anything with Exchange of ideas?

  I don't want this post to appear as brash, I wanted to just be an exchange of views.

  I'm fairly new Eloqua client, and a part of the promotion on the new community of topliners and the Salesforce.com including onboarding flown by exchanging ideas.

  I was looking through the ideas that had over 100 points, and I could not find anywhere a representative (identified) of Eloqua commented openly.  In addition, it does not appear any idea suggested has never materialized.  Is that a misperception?  It seems that there used to be another solution in place before they went to this new platform - that some of you have long experienced users?

  I periodically voted, commented on and published a few ideas myself; I'm trying to figure out my expectations and don't want to judge too hastily.

  Thoughts and experieces with feature requests / suggestions?

  

  Brad, thanks for posting this issue.  I purposely waited a few days let others answer.  Full disclosure I took recently produced management at Eloqua, and I can assure you that we look at the posted ideas.  In fact, I'm working on a process to incorporate more of these customer requests into the road map.

  The product management team moving forward committed to a published response to all ideas 48 hrs time, this does not mean that we have done within 48 hours, but we have will review and provide comments or questions.

  As we roll some of these improvements in our future versions, I'll make sure we do a good job of letting our clients know that their ideas are implemented.

  I'm trying to get the Eloqua forms on our pages to be pre-filled with the data of the user of Eloqua. I have no previous experience with Eloqua and this form was already written in the models.   We got the search of Contacts data to the fire. It seems to be linked to a setting in Configuration > Search > (YourDataLookup).

  We had to disable the restricted checkbox.

  Digital badges are a concept that allows employers to be certain that no one 'X' that says that they hold (for example) Oracle Database Administrator Certified Professional 12 c credential - really holds them there. No 'X' can now fill their LinkedIn profile "Certifications" section with any number of impressive certifications - if they have really them.  Digital badges, however, are verified by a collaboration between Acclaim (a service digital badging from Pearson view) and LinkedIn.  Someone cannot display a digital badge of a credential given without having actually been verified to hold.

  In any case - to my knowledge - there is nothing you need to do.  Application of digital badges Oracle is in the baby-steps stage and I know they will continue to roll out over the coming months.  They should send email to certification holders to allow them to perform the badging process.  I think they started with the CMO credentials as a test and increase outside with others.

  I bought a new iPhone 6 s today and I noticed that Apple iLife/iWork applications are preinstalled. iTunes U, Numbers, Pages, Keynote, iMovie, and GarageBand. I don't want to keep on my phone because I hardly touch except iMovie and GarageBand, I have on my iPad Air. I have automatic updates turned off in the settings and no matter what you do, whenever you uninstall these apps, it just goes straight to the top of download without your knowledge.

  Also another thing, even if these applications are uninstalled, the insignia of the App Store always reports that some applications need to be updated Similarly if there is nothing in the list.

  Can someone tell me how to solve this problem? It is so annoying that it keeps using my network resources.

  You cannot uninstall the Apple applications that come with iOS. If you don't use them, demand on "your network resources" would be minimal.

  I just build a new complete PC and decides to get Windows 7 Pro for it. It cost me £179 on amazon from a seller who has good reviews.

  I tried to go there several times, checking the caps lock etc.. The version says ' origin: Ireland ' on the insignia case of authenticity and the seller told me that before I bought it and it would work as a version of the United Kingdom's retail. The additional complication is I am currently based in France (where I tried to activate it since), but as an English speaker needed an English language version of Windows.

  A little update just for your information. 2 days and 5 calls later (I needed to technical management, through the population of Activation - no direct number so sometimes the transferred call didn't work!) I now have a version of Windows active :) work

  However the question turns out to be that my legitimate version (package and all disks of good mine) and it's legitimate keys used did not match exactly.

  The unused key was for a version of Windows 7 Edition product update Home Premium to Windows 7 Pro, so that's why it did not work on the new facility I was trying.

  I contacted the seller amazon to let them know about this problem as it is possible that there is a lot that is perhaps not entirely legitimate.

  Once again thanks to the MVP here and people I talked on the phone before this is resolved, I suspect that this could become a problem growing with Windows 7, as people are not super keen on 8 and 7 is a solid BONE with a little support left? So even if you pay a rate of 'good' for your Windows 7 disks, be aware that you can not get exactly what you expected, and maybe it would be nice if MS has always sold direct to counter this kind of question?

• Link the Eloqua Customer Central points to EU and Topliners... what support?

  Hello.. just noticed that links to areas of support have changed once again.

  The only way I can now seem to access my case is if I go to Eloqua today and you click on the link.  Usually, I'm in the middle of troubleshooting of an article and it was very nice to be able to hit this "Customer centric" link at the top of the page and choose if I wanted to go to Eloqua University, community (Topliners) or the Support Portal...  WITHOUT having to waste my place inside Eloqua itself that I start have reported/double checking the items on the new case (IE, taking screenshots, to check if there are solutions or if I can consistently reproduce the problem - whatever it is, etc, etc.).

  Or is it possible that the link is there, but instead of horizontally as before, I'm not vertically and my IE is not let me scroll down?  (I noticed this before with Eloqua sites... Something very wobbly and I am not able to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page at all).

  Otherwise, anyone having this problem or is it just me?

• I changed my Apple ID to my new married name, but somewhere it is still hanging on to my old details

  After getting married, I updated my Apple ID with my new name and e-mail address.  This well it worked and I can access iTunes etc but my iCloud storage is almost full and I tried to connect to improve it but it still shows my old email address and name.  I can't connect to it knowing that I replaced all the details so the old account doesn't really exist, but it will not display my new address.  I went in my Apple ID to see where he was always picking up the old name/e-mail since but there just my new details (as it should) and I don't see where it's always the old details.  How to forget my old data.  I have almost no storage iCloud and have no way to resolve this issue now.

  I got a new iPhone 7 more, ordered through Verizon, a few days ago. Yesterday, I noticed that she had 8 hours and 51 minutes of life call time, which is impossible.

  When you get the new iPod, you can use iTunes on your computer to select and synchronize the music you want on it, in the same way that you synchronize your current iPod - your iTunes will recognize them as different devices and will remember your choice of synchronization for each, it will not (unless, for example, you restore the backup of your current on her iPod) put the same content on both.
