New laptop, reinstall my Adobe Creative Suite 6, how to cancel the previous installation to release my access code?

I have 6 ACS on my iMac and laptop, so two sets in total. The iMac is no longer functional (AKA dead). I bought a new MBPro and must cancel the installation on the iMac and install ACS6 on this new laptop computer. How free the code because I think that I'm limited to two sets at any time? I am not sure I have access to the email address, I used during the original installation, it was a couple of years.

Thanks for the help.
