new_overlay.PNG

I am a novice using theme Builder...

I tried to change the new icon of the overlay and I thought I had found the correct file (.../Precision360x480/icons)for my turn, but then I don't see any change in the theme.

Also, I changed the orientation of the icon to get rid of the blue ting, but can't seem to locate the correct file to do the same for the banner of theme, but cannot locate it... seems teidious...

Maybe I'm missing the logic/hierarchy

Hi, click on the small arrow to the left of any image. This will bring up an option to reload, you should now see your overlay to change. To change the image, select 'change '.

I hope this helps.

I am so tired of this improvement in the system, and keep losing more in addition to the applications which I can not afford to level to deal with changes without end of Apple. I miss the day when software Mac was known for continuity.

  • The behavior of copy (.png files) screen when using TextEdit and printing

I have long used the method to copy and paste texts and/or pictures to TextEdit and print files .rtf or .rtfd below:

I use the command-control-shift-4 and the cursor to select things and paste into TextEdit.

That stopped working in the Sierra.  I tried several methods (PDF format conversion, fall in Pages and Numbers, for example), but nothing worked: the Canon PIXMA MX922 printed on a white sheet and left the box of small characters with text "filter impossible."

There is no new printer driver on the Canon site; However, there is a new driver IJ Scan Utility and I downloaded it already after that installation of Sierra and the scanner works fine, as also directly print something (e.g. on the Web).

Now, after several days of testing and I was wondering, I tried this yesterday:

Instead of the above command, I used (which I do when I want to save it to the desktop) command + shift + 4.  I copied the file .png from office, dropped in the TextEdit, printed, and... IT WORKED.

Copy and leaving fall directly in the TextEdit and printing, is so not working, but let fall the same screenshot on the desktop and copy and paste into TextEdit and it print shops.

I noticed several other annoying problems to Sierra, some I've reported here (communities), some didn't.  Business-as-usual: first version of an upgrade is full of bugs, which 'disappear' in future versions, until a new update is made available, the loop continues, continues, and...

I found the answer after searching for a long time. There was a picture called with Russian letters! It was a problem!

  • When I clik on a link to view another Web page or another document, a blank page appears (a single "point of png'). How can I solve this issue?

The links are located on the emails I receive from authorized sources. When I click on the links to read the additional documents (another document) or display a picture, I get a blank page with a single point in the middle of the page. The tab header says it's an image (1 x 1 pixel) PNG. Any suggestions to fix this?

Often, links to email in bulk are routed via a follow-up rather than service directly to its final destination. If you look at the address bar on the image page, it seems like one of these intermediaries rather than the page you expect to load? If you click on the address bar and press ENTER to retry the address, which does nothing?

It is possible that the security software or security add-on kills a redirect from this intermediate page to the final destination. For example, I think the anti-banner Kaspersky functionality could do that.

Can what iMac software I use to make my transparent .png file?

Personally, I use Adobe Fireworks, but I believe that Photoshop will work as well. Alternatively, you can use a snippet.

  • FF38.0.5 redirects to pages that doesn't open, asp/images/bg.png, won't Google as default browser.

I just put to day and all of a sudden when I try to log in to some forums or Web pages, I see the page for a split second, then I see the box asking for Adobe Flash for a split second then it redirects to a page with the suffix /asp/images/bg.png, and the page displays "Page not found"

I tried trashing and reinstalling FF.

Could check you that you have all the extensions not recognized on the addons page? Either:

    • Command + shift + a
    • "3-bar" menu button (or tools) > Add-ons

In the left column, click Extensions. So, if in case of doubt, disable the extensions on the right side (or if it is completely unknown, delete). Remember that extensions are optional; none is included with Firefox.

Often, a link will appear above at least an extension disabled to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links in the last step.

Is that what helps you regain control of Firefox?

If the problem persists, you use Kaspersky Security software? Some versions have a feature called "Anti-banner" who have been known to cause redirects to a GIF file. This is a different file, but it seems pretty similar to this problem.

  • Recently, a problem began when I cut-and - paste into a new E-Mail. Sending error. Message indicates error attaching "call_skype_logo.png." File not found

    The message send failed.
There was an error of fixing call_skype_logo.png. Please check if you have access to the file.

    I did not indicate the Ctrl + V, I suggested that Ctrl + Shift + V, and if I didn't, it was a mistake.

What is happening is that information from the copy of the web page contains an image that is not visible and can be invoked with javascript. Thunderbird is sticky to ok, but when you try send this image (common, through the internet, as Skype image that appears with facebook, twitter etc. can not be found. I don't really know what code complex your copy and paste and I doubt you do one. CTRL + SHIFT + V just glue the text without frills. Nothing else and should have no problem at all because the reference to the image should be absent.

  • Cannot save png extension more, Save As Type is empty, already reset and uninstalled?

Until I was able to right click > Save Image as and it would give me the extensions as a menu drop-down.

Now, it shows a Virgin save as menu bar drop-down if I try to save the png, and the only other thing that I can choose is save as > all Type. I've tried a full uninstall, reset firefox and the safe boot and they all have this issue. IE can download png without problem.

    Everything worked since yesterday.

Thunderbird has no association with the type PNG images, so that they will not open and cannot send this kind of picture. Went to incoming/accessories/options and PNG is not listed and I can't find anything to add. Help, please!

This list is better managed by only ever delete things, fixing things it can be problematic.

When you click on a type of unknown attachment a dialog box opens asking what program and offering to save the setting. This list is the destination of the backup.

  • Adding objects to background jpg png?

I got a signature of author to put on photos that I publish or print.  It was sent to me in the format .png with a gray background, which seems to me to be transparent.  I tried to change the color of the text, but could not in the file I was sent.

I would like to know how I can add this signature to a jpeg file once I edited the photo for publication?  I would be able to change the color of the text in this place so it fits the color of the photo?

I use OS x 10.11.4, so I can no longer use iPhotos and must work with the Photos app, which is very limited with regard to the use of photos as e-mail attachments or put them on Web sites.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Photos can't stand graphic composition.  You cannot combine photos inPhotos.  You will need an external editor to add your signature to your JPEG file. You can do a preview, for example.

    • Open the image with your signature, enter ⌘A to select all, enter ⌘C to copy the selection, and then open the JPEG and paste the signature into the other photo.  Drag it to the desired position. and drag the corners to resize it.

You can call preview directly from the Panel of photo editing, if you buy the "external editors" extension of the AppStore. The current price is 99 cents.

  • How to disable the PNG Images

How to disable the PNG Images?

PNG is a format for images (compressed) as JPG format. There is no way to disable this format.

If you have a problem with images on web pages, then you will need to block images from certain domains.

You can watch the Adblock Plus extension to block specific content.

You must subscribe to a list of filters (for example the EasyList).

I can upload an image for example, if necessary.

This PNG image is large in size of the file, or in the dimensions (height and width) as well?

A very large bandwidth (> 32000px) can cause problems.

  • How to find the ' chrome: / / '.png icons?

I found a script on userstyles.org that refers to various chrome://*/*/*.png's (for example, chrome://branding/content/icon16.png, chrome://browser/skin/places/bookmark.png and chrome://global/skin/icons/information-16.png). Even after the search for my system, however, I couldn't find the .png files. My next guess is that they can be files within the firefox.exe himself. If so, I was wondering if there was a complete list of these somewhere I'd rather not out having to check in the .exe file to find out.

    Thank you.

    • chrome://browser/skin/ is the resource: / / / / browser/skin/classic/browser chrome / (/ browser/omni.ja)
