  Options for the Set - TOPIC_AND_PIC_LOCKED_FOR_USERS command only works in P2P-based groups. When you create a group, this is a group based on a cloud, in which this command does not work. To create a group of P2P based, you can use the /createmoderatedchat command.

  As JSanders is offline, I'll jump in.

  All this information, I infer that your BB does not get purified of is political when gave you. And the it policy does things that prevent you to do as you wish (including possibly hide e-mail icons). If, as you say, you won't be on their BES, then I suggest go back you to these admins and let them clean the BB correctly to remove the it strategy. Then, you will want to clean totally and completely from the beginning.

  I regularly use Skype groups for my work to get news or updates. The problem is that there are some groups that I have to be on the inside and check from time to time, but I don't care myself regularly here or I can't check out them whenever someone types something.
  This problem made me the 'busy' mode, so I can't hear the sound notification every 5 seconds and accordingly, I miss some more important notifications from other groups.
  Is there a way to disable the sounds of notification for a specific group? If not there at - it people out there interested in a feature like this?

  Highlight group name in the list of Contacts that you can see the window of cat for this group. Click the Conversation menu, and then select settings of Notification. Here, select the appropriate option for notifications.
