  Suddenly, my Sony Bravia KDL-52W4100 does not show TV lists. It has worked before, but stopped for some reason any. I tried unplugging the TV as suggested on more than once and reset, but it still does not. TV Guide screen on the installation progress screen explains the time search and alignment of channels is done, but searching for TV channels with the TV Guide data is 'in progress' and next lists transmission begins tonight at 23:56. This same screen appeared daily for at least a week now, with no list showing on the TV guide. Get very frustrated because I checked online, and because this model is no longer made I can't find anything. I've updated my software a few years ago is up-to-date. Someone else has this problem and able to understand? Help, please!

  I was watching a file created by a student and am stumped by a problem. The file is in:

  If you play, you'll see a bunch of items appear on the screen on a grid background. All have a simple action to post a link to a label in the timeline panel. All except the blue square in the upper right are unresponsive. In fact, even the change of cursor does not work for these. I can't work on which is different for the elements that make them inactive while the blue square that I added in after doing work.

  Christmas 2008 I bought my daughter a laptop with Vista pre-installed.  In May 2009, my daughter called me and told me that her laptop won't turn on.  I am divorced and the children live with their mother in California.  They spend the summer with me in China.  When they arrived in the summer, my daughter brought her phone with her to get fixed.  We took him to the I.T. square in Beijing and the tech said that Vista has been damaged and that he would have to re - install.  When we came back we found he had re-installed a pirate (in Chinese) copy of Vista.  It was last July.  My daughter was afraid to use his cell phone since last summer.  Any advice on how I can get the computer back to normal.  It was bought with Vista on it initially and always has the product key on the bottom of the computer.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.

• BlackBerry Smartphones New phone - BB ID works not on the phone (cannot get the email)

  I just got a replacement Torch (9800) yesterday and I have everything switched from my old phone using the phone BB function office swich.

  I have not received emails from any of my accounts on my new phone, so I went into the settings of e-mail accounts to update my settings. When he was asked to sign in with my BB ID, it does not recognize my ID (I get the message "the user name is not valid. A user name must be at least 4 characters).

  I solved it by reading other forums. Why my Blackberry ID not working not for my email settings is because the BB ID has nothing to do with the mail.  I had to use a different username and password for my network of carriers email settings.

  As I had forgotten this information, once more, I called my provider (Rogers) and this time I got someone who knew what he was doing. He informed me of my ID and reset my password so that I can connect without problems!

  Problem solved.
