  Hello world

  I have the code below in my layout of the retail news. To try to combat the spam-bots I use javascript to insert the action url button to the comment form. This type of code works perfectly well on all other forms on the site, but for some reason, that it will not work on a comment form, it is to say. the action is not be inserted.

  Just wonderd if anyone could give me some clues?

• E Mail Forms and spam bots

  I created a form and using a PHP script to send form results to an e-mail account. How protected is to harvest the address of e-mail by spam bots? If this is not the best way to go, any suggestions on a better way. I'm familiar with captcha, but would prefer not to have to use it.

• New Spam without return address may not be placed in the junk e-mail filter

  I solved my problem of Spam earlier by placing all the Emails in my filter anti-spam and then remove those I wanted friends etc. and transfer them to my post, but in the last 2 weeks I have received emails Spam with a SUBJECT LINE, but no RETURN ADDRESS.  There is no provision for the placement of the spam without a return address in the spam FILTER.  Can someone help me?    Can Microsoft Windows Live Update to allow the placement of files without return address in the spam FILTER?

  I was able to remove all the files starting by * SPAM * using the information you gave me.  Everything worked fine when I got my e-mail this morning.

  I had a little bit to find where you told me to go at first, but finally, I clicked on the FILE and that's where.

• iOS 9.3.1 Mail App crashing on the main window - a SOLUTION. Can be linked to rogue/spam email

  I had a problem with Mail crashing several times today and was close to restore my phone but am happy that I stumbled upon a solution until I did it!

  I'll copy / paste of the other post I made on the discussion board:

  I had a problem this morning with the Mail App unexpectedly crashing when opening on my 5s iPhone running iOS 9.3.1 (last updated).

  In case someone knows something similar, I found a solution that was remarkably easy.

  Trying to open a mail, the app would show the display of messages for a fraction of a second, and then the crash. Nothing worked - quit smoking and a retry of the app, reboot / hard re-boot of the iPhone, leave all specific applications, disabling of e-mail accounts, settings etc.. I was beginning to think that I have to do a hard system restore, but thank God I have not, as it is a major PITA and I found the unexpected solution.

  In any case, I noticed that I could get in Mail by opening one of my emails from the Notification screen. Everything seemed fine, but if I close this message to return to the main window of Mail, the application crashed once more. The main window is appeared to be the culprit. I noticed that several new Spam messages were visible on this screen this morning.

  So here's how I found the solution: my computer, I myself sent a priority email, which came on my screen of notifications. By using this link directly to open the message, Mail worked fine again. Then by using the arrows to zip directly from a message to a message, I worked my way through the new emails, including the unrecognized Spam I deleted. Once they were gone, I back-arrow in the main screen of Mail and Voila! No more crash.

  So, apparently, there are messages that can crash the Mail app on iOS 9 simply by being visible in the main window. Be aware of this and if this happens to you, with Mail blocks instantly whenever you open it, try this approach before restoring your system software.

  You could also try resetting your e-mail account. First close your Mail application completely from the window of the selector app by double clicking the Home button and drag the email preview pane up until it disappears from the display. You may need to search the mail pane covering scribbles to the left. Then go to settings > Mail, Contacts, calendar > find your e-mail provider and click on the account. On the next page, delete the account. Then perform a forced reboot. Hold down the home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds , until the Apple logo appears. Then go to settings > mail... and to add the account.

• Unable to download the emulator bot framework

  I'm new to bot framework. When I try to download the emulator of bot framework from the link (https://aka.ms/bf-bc-emulator) contained in the microsoft document, it will download a simple html page that does not have a link to download the emulator. There is a link to launch to open the bot already installed emulator and a Setup button that simply install cygwin environment/terminal. PFB.

  Could someone help me please with the link or the following steps to install the emulator? All required components are already installed in my machine.

• Stop spam in a form

  Hi all

  I have a 2 page form

  a page = form

  page 2 = action page

  So I get a lot of spam. Owner want very little error to puisscance for possible business checking...

  So to cut down on spam, that I added a simple captcha that I did - very easy to read with 4 numbers to add to a field and gen_validatorv4.js makes sure that it is filled properly or will not submit the form

  spam can be a lot less...

  then I added a field referrer http to show where it comes from...

  HOWEVER - a type of spam comes through no matter what I do

  in the 2 fields again, I added (text captcha and Godfather) are just more random text entries...

  It's little like they are filling out the form - page 1 on another location and possibly submit somewhere else also?

  Q: How can I stop this form spam?

  Spam bots do not have JavaScript or CSS on.  That is why validation on the client side is no way to stop spam bots. You really need to use scripts on the server side.

  I don't like Captchas much b/c most of them is not easy to use.  I prefer a form field hidden with a legitimate-sounding name to trap spammers robots.  This method is known as a honey pot because spammers robots can't help but fill in blank form fields, even the most hidden. If the hidden field contains any content, your form processing script he rejects with something like this PHP code:

• So far, no improvement in the protection against Spam

  Seeing no improvement with the anti-spam protection so far in Blog comments, despite the new BC update from yesterday that started the Akismet anti-spam protection.  Just after the update, I reset my settings in the comments to require comment approval and the new anti-spam Protection setting, and then spent a LOT of time marking nearly 800 previous comments submitted over the past months as Spam.

  But yesterday and continues today, my blogs are always getting hit with the same amount of spam as in the past, and of course, it's the same pirates who have sent such things throughout: PayDay loans etc.

  For the record, there must be a robot submitting this spam because on my comment form I do not display the Web site field so that humans can not complete (because they do not) but still it's fill, so it must be a robot with that sort of thing that reads HTML and ignorning flow my CSS display : none on the domain of the Web site.

  Frustrating... hoping that something will improve because all my customer sites are also infected by spam... customer feedback for me that they are concerned that the middle of BC is not safe and they worry about maintaining security of transaction as well as the result all the spamming.

• Deal with Spam comments

  Even with CAPTCHA on, some sites that I am management receive a lot of spam comments - 20 or 30 a day in the case of the most popular sites.

  Many of them are for a very limited number of keywords, for some reason any especially to make loans.

  How do you handle deleting comments in bulk? Is there a way to modify the content form to block all comments that use specific channels, like [url = or even http:// ?]

• Library update fails

  I had this problem for a while, but it wasn't bad until the site began more and more. I have elements of simple library as a footer with a flash mailto: to avoid spam bots and a section of nav with some links. Update journal watch Pages that he is looking for all the right of the files but not to change them. I checked the help file and KB and searched this form but no help. I'm using CSS div tags, but there is no CSS in library items.

  That fixed it, thanks! It was a sneaky problem. I suspect that using a file on another hard drive would be a problem.

  I will mention the solution here for other lost souls who are looking for this issue:

  On the computer that you use DW, you must map the folder on your network, even the peer-to-peer networks. Do in Win XP in Windows Explorer / Tools / map network drive. Choose an unusual letter such as W: for Web site and then navigate through the network to the folder as you fly the files to go and give this drive letter. Now, it will appear as a drive on your computer.

  Site / manage Sites / Edit / local news changes the folder root Local to that drive letter, change the default in the folder in this drive and updated images on the Site map page change of W:\index.html or whatever your home page of the site.

  If your library file is ready, then save it and the update will take action or select a library on your Web page item and click on rebuild in the properties panel.

  Well Firefox using more than a year with a Lexmark printer. Switched to an Epson printer yesterday and used the Epson install disk by following the instructions. Tried to print 2 different elements of the internet tonight and got a msg that the printer cannot communicate with the PC. Called Epson which had me a test print om Notepad and print it out. Print very well. Epson said it isn't a problem with the printer, but rather a conflict with Internet Explorer (which I use is any more). Can advise you. The Epson has by default in my control panel and I unplugged then replugged my USB cable, the printer power cable and restarted my PC.

  Bob please remove your E-mail address, we spam bots that cruse forums, looking for things like that. Also what starts here ends here, if others have this issue and the answer is not here that it is not very useful.

   Removing printer:
  

  Disconnect the printer from your computer. Click 'Start' and open "devices and printers". Here, you will find your printer. Right-click on the icon and tell "remove hardware".
  When the printer is removed, restart Windows and make sure that the printer is not available.
  At this point, plug the printer back in and turn it on Win7 must track a driver to make it work. Remember that the word 'works' Win7 found a driver and installed, it does not mean that it is the biggest driver.

   Epson is one of the original designers of printers I would be shocked if they did not have the driver you need right on the Web. That being said, that is where Win7 would receive the driver. BUT Win7 is going to pull from a pool of drivers based on what they get back from pinging your printer, they will pull what is said to work by the printer builder, it would be up to the printer builder to keep the pool up to date.
  

   So once you are up and running you may want to go to Epson and search that out. The proper Epson driver may give you options Win7 won't know about.

• CONTACT blackBerry Smartphones BBM 200 + ADDS ON the TELUS NETWORK REQUESTS.

  I did a lot of research on this and found all kinds of subjects on it, but not a solution. I searched my PIN all over the web and cannot find that he sent anywhere.   The PIN is not public isn't anywhere it is displayed clearly a spam bot or bot net or something sending these requests that comes from users around the world. RIM wants to charge me like $ 75 for technical support on this * beep *. When they need to purge the profile for applications, because they continue to occur. -Why I would accept these if they come through spam... the PIN isn't on the web anywhere, it's a security issue RIM must address.
