  OK, I solved the problem.  I still have questions using my PayPal account, but now I'm able to use my credit card.

  Here's what I did:

  1. Open the app Store
  2. Press the Windows key + C, then select settings
  3. Select the option menu: your account
  4. Select "Change user", then to connect to ANOTHER account. (I tried to simply connect to the same account again, and it did not work)
  5. Select the Add payment option (which should now work and load a menu)
  6. Close the menu and return to your old account using Exchange User
  7. Click on add payment option once again, it should now really open. (Assuming it wasn't before, that, for me, it wasn't)
  8. It will now allow you to add a payment, and I suggest strongly that add you payment options you have currently listed there.  I think there is a problem with the PayPal accounts in particular.
  9. Buy your favorite again, applications finally.
  10. Fact.

  My PayPal account still does not work after that.  Well, I think it has something to do with the settings "preferred payment method" Paypal.  It might be interesting to contact PayPal on this subject, because I am able to use regular credit cards perfectly well after this "correction".

  iTunes purchases (free downloads are taken for granted) are permanently linked to the Apple that was used to buy ID.

  To work around this problem, you can set up sharing of family and your child. This will allow you to share all your purchases.

  It's early days yet for the store to have gift cards etc., iTunes took awhile to get to the stadium, which was pulled by the market for music on an iPod in hand, although it has grown more far. Microsoft has unfortunately split this market that music is via XBox that is separate from the Windows Store, so it can not happen in the same way. Same movies are on XBox but there is also a Netflix App so it is not related to a supplier who could work a choice anyway, but no mass down.

  I am trying to buy a few apps through app world. I have the paypal account, but every time I try to buy something. I get this error:

  I found this post that explains how to fix at the top of the error. I'll try that later because I have something to say in this post.

  what I'm trying to ask in this post, that's why can't buy apps using my debit card? I see that two options are credit cards and Paypal. It's honestly very few options for a device management company wide world like Blackberry.

  I live in India and honestly, there are several features of Blackberry that make me say WTF.. ?

  1. Low autonomy (1230 mAh) - honestly, making mobile a little thicker for a good battery life would have been better.
  2. Cannot use my internet network, which is cheap, on my Mobile.
  3. Even though I have BIS, that the internet can't access my laptop. I need to have more internet network also.

  Sandeep posted response is absolutely INCORRECT. You don't have to download the application for each account, but you don't need to pay twice for the same application.

  You buy the application in your own account on the PC/Surface. That the application can be installed on another 4 machines. Alternatively, you can install this application for all users on those 5 computers. The pain is that you must install the application for each user that you want to use this application. You need not buy the app. Here's how to do it.

  Once you bought the app in on behalf of parents, connect you on your child counts (mine are all Setup with their own accounts MS Live) go in the store on that account and using the charm of settings Select to connect to the store as a different user. Choose to log under the parent account you bought the app with and in the store, select my Apps. You will see all the apps that you have purchased on the account of your parents and you can install it on the account of childs. When you are finished, you can restore the Bank to the account of childs. Repeat this procedure for each account on this PC you want to install the application for.

  I hope that all the senses as I am not in front of my PC Win8 right now.

  So, we had to return our Surface RT and receive a replacement.  We named our new Surface exactly the same as the old... why not us?  You know how it lists apps in the app store, not intalled on this pc, then apps installed on (enter the name of the pc here)?  Well, on the drop down menu list, it now reads:

  Apps not installed on this pc

  apps installed on (insert name pc here) - has the same name as the one below!

  apps installed on (insert the name of the pc here)

  When the second line "installed apps" is our current Surface RT.  The two lines "installed apps" have the same PC name. I can't that assume that the first line 'installed apps' was our previous Surface RT.  One that we went had a full format done on it and I have cleared the cache from the store.  Any thoughts on why it still lists both our Surface RT and most importantly, how to get rid of the bad and keep the right one?

  If you open a session with the same ID, then the list of installed applications and the date of their installation and the number of apps have been installed remain unchanged. You can install the same Apps in 5 comps and it remains the same.
