  have not edited using first pro in a while. I recently had a new intro for a video made and had everything to see how it looks in a project that I just changed before and still work to do on. Not knowing anything is bad I import the mp4 in the file project, and note that it looks like this this means that you can import the audio in the timeline panel and yet I can see the video right there and when I open it up to an extract the file I can still see the video. After that I noticed this, I learned that other files mp4 which worked perfectly in the past now had this problem as well.   No you can not change it until and unless you follow the documented procedure to reset the password using console.

  However, you can go to t-root shell using the command 'tsh' and set up a new admin account, then log into the VCS GUI admin with new administrator and reset the password for the default Administrator account.
