  First of all, a common problem faced by users with Yahoo! mail is that Yahoo changed their server. If you are using an old bookmark or the old address of the homepage to access your e-mail, try to use this more general address so that if your server has changed, you redirected to the new servers:

  https://mail.Yahoo.com/

  If this makes no difference, here are some general things to try:

  When you have a problem with a particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clear your Firefox cache and delete your cookies for the site.

  (1) delete the Cache of Firefox

  (2) remove the cookies from the site (waiting for work save first). While displaying a page on yahoo.com, try either:

  • Right-click the page and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies".

  • Click on the globe or padlock icon in the address bar > additional information > "View Cookies".

  In the dialog box that opens, you can delete cookies from the site individually.

  Then change the address at the top of this dialog from yahoo.com to mail.yahoo.com to see if there are cookies to clear any extra.

  Then try to reload the page and sign in again. Workstation?

  If this doesn't help, could test you mode without failure of Firefox? It is a standard diagnostic tool to disable some advanced features of Firefox and extensions. More info: questions to troubleshoot Firefox in Safe Mode.

  Does not work if Firefox: Hold down the SHIFT key when you start Firefox.

  If Firefox is running: You can restart Firefox in Mode safe mode using either:

  • button "3-bar" menu > "?" button > restart with disabled modules
  • Help menu > restart with disabled modules

  and OK reboot.

  I have google as my default homepage on my Mac. This morning when I opened Firefox Google home page fills the entire page, there is no menu or toolbar at the top of the page. I tried to click on F11 but it fills just the search bar with an f. I tried right clicking and clicking on 'ESC' but which does nothing. I tried to screw up my version of Firefox and download a new version, but when I opened it, it opened to the Google home page and there's still once a menu or toolbar. I did not restart my computer once I downloaded the new version of Firefox. I'll try that right now.

  On Mac, command + shift + f should also switch between normal view and full screen.

  Another method that may work is to drag the pointer of the mouse completely to the top of the screen. If the tab slides to the bottom bar, you can right click (Ctrl + click?) an empty area of the top (or right click on the button '+') and you should get a context menu runs with the option for Mode full-screen output.

  I installed today at V36.0.4 and the plugin (LegaSuite printer) I need for 2 web applications that uses my office is no longer available with the new version. I get the following message: a plugin is required to view this content. I tried searching for the printer LegaSuite regarding Add-ons - plugin, but it is not found. I tried to go back to the old version of Firefox, but the plugin is still not available. Employees who have not upgraded to the new version are still able to print from web applications. Any suggestions on how to get back LegaSuite or another plugin equivalent?

• How can I customize the new firefox so I can see all of the HTML "title tag"? Its sky partially obscured in this new version.

  I am a webmaster/work in site development and need to see the FULL "title tag" or the browser title to each of the pages I visit. It is now partially hidden and I have to "view source" (the source html code) in order to see the FULL title tag. Before it was completely visible; now, I see only a small part of it. How should I do if I can see the whole thing? I can't drag the tab bar to make it bigger.

  By pressing Alt + T on the keyboard displays the Tools menu.
  To see the full menu bar temporarily, press Alt or F10.
  To make the permanently visible menu bar, right-click on the + after the last tab and enable (check) menu bar or press Alt + V > toolbars > menu bar.

  You should see this button on the tab bar, once you have created a group of tabs.
  
  If you cannot find it then open the Customize and drag the button to the tab groups in the palette of the toolbar on a toolbar.

  They should be here - is shown sidebar (menu display == > display the sidebar) as that, in my view, is the easiest what to work - if you so not want to see the t the sidebar and then click albums in the middle of the top of the page and they will be there

  You see the orange (on Linux gray) Firefox button if the menu bar is hidden, to hide the menu bar through the view > toolbars, also accessible via Firefox > Options.
