No active subscription after payment
Since nearly a month I made the payment, and yet the question has not been resolved.
I contacted Adobe 3 times and I always get the same answer, I just have to wait... or just get another subscription.
I need to renew my subscription after 11 months I paid knowing a month ago and my account is not active.
Such a simple thing, it's amazing that Adobe can only get fixed.

Problem activating Windows after you refresh
I bought a laptop with original windows 8 that has been activated. After somedays, I updated the system (from settings) and the computer shows that windows is not activated. When I try to activate windows is showing the error Code:-0x8007232B (the DNS server does not exist). I tried to activate it by "slui 4.exe", "slui 7.exe"; It is still not get activate. You don't have to re - install your applications. Just activate your creative license cloud by the signature of the creative application of cloud and then reconnect.

Why songs aren't grayed out after payment of the subscription?
last week, I was able to perfectly good music all songs were available, now today after membership renewal, a lot of songs I had played only yesterday are now grayed out, and all I get is a message of THIS SONG is CAN NOT BE PLAYED. What is going on?
Probably a temporary problem with Apple's music servers. You can try the force the application to quit music on your iPhone (double clicking the HOME button and sliding upward on music app), then by restarting it and see if that clears up the issue.
Are you sure that the members (I assume you're talking about the free trial to a paid subscription) crossed and that it is enabled?

Impossible to use photoshop after payment of the subscription
I had been using photoshop on a monthly subscription and I stopped it. Could not start this subscription so I paid for a new. It is now that I can't use photoshop at all. I tried to enter the old serial number to see if it would work and it did not. I have not received a new serial number for the new subscription. I also tried to download the creative cloud for photoshop install and I got an error. I don't know how to solve this problem.
I had the creative cloud to install. I used the measures given in other discussions here and those who did not. I found this on a google search and it worked. The only thing I did not has the CC Cleaner since creative cloud was never installed in the first place.
1. reboot Windows
2. download the creative cloud cleaning tool
3 run the cleaning of creative cloud tool and choose option 3 and then option 1 to complete the cleaning process.
4. once please rename folder OOBE of these locations:
Windows:
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe
C:\Users\ (UserName) \AppData\Local\Adobe
5. restart Windows
6. download creative cloud
7 run the creative Cloud file (CreativeCloudSet - Up.exe).
And it has worked very well and now Photoshop works.
