  Thank you, but the problem was simple: the box to save the file was with the option 'include linked files' and I do not understand. I never click on this option, but I discovered that my friend had clicked on this (we have both worked with the same campaign files).

  And as for the pdf compatibility, I thought this could be the cause of the problem and I have enabled sometimes and try to save it again, but it wasn't the cause. And Yes, the file remains much better with less than half the original size ():

  What is the format of your final work? How are you viewing? What version of Illustrator do you use?

  Here are some common reasons why your type might be missing - is your type completely on the artboard and bleed?

  Is your type on a layer that is set up to print not? Is your white type and position it to overprint?

  I got the XPS 15 (9530, end 2013) a few days earlier with widnows 8.1 installed on it and since day 1 I'm running into a weird problem. All my USB devices keeps disconnecting. If its my phone (HTC a M8) or my portable hard drives. I tried several cables and the result is the same.

  I tried to connect all the devices on the different laptops and they work very well except for my laptop. One thing that I know you guys is that if I have my phone connected with the laptop, it charges great however, I am unable to navigate any file on my phone because it keeps disconnecting.

  Any help?

  See File, Edit etc also other menu items for example.  If so, you can try deleting the preferences and it should give you all again.

• Problems to download Illustrator

  I have already downloaded Photoshop with success and creative cloud shows on my desktop and files appear to be in place.  When I try to download Illustrator it ask for a link to an application.  I chose the .exe for creative cloud.  It tries to initialize, and then stops.  If I double click on creative cloud or on the .exe file, it nothing happens.

  What's next?

  There was no error message, but I solved the problem.

  I uninstalled creative Cloud, ran CCleanup and creative cloud downloaded/reinstalled.  Then, I was able to successfully download Illustrator.

  The aspect ratio has nothing to do with it.

  You simply work at 72 dpi, and it seems that you have turned off anti-aliasing when you placed the vector illustrations.

• Problems starting in Illustrator CS2

  I have been using Illustrator CS 2 for three years without any problems. In recent weeks I caused problems when the application starts.

  The question

  When I open the program it loads up as usual. Early options screen when I select the open document, the program crashes and no dialog box appears. To unlock the program I need to press ESC. I can get around this by dragging the document on the program, but when I finished work on the document and go to save the program crashes again. If I try to save as the same thing happens.

  Things that I tried to solve the problem

  • Restart the computer
  • Uninstall and reinstall the program (worked the first couple of times but the problem came back)
  • Uninstall the suite standard CS2 full, including license information
  • Uninstall all Adobe of the computer software
  • Run (found nothing) anti-virus software
  • Run the malware (Nothing found)

  I am running out of ideas and my COMPUTER service is lost on the problem. Can anyone help?

  Pete,

  It may be interesting to try to move the folder with Illy closed to reset the preferences. It's not (always) done the same when reinstalling.

  Or you can try running CCleaner or something similar between United Nations/resettlement.

• The update of Flash Player 20.0.0.267 caused horrible sound and problem of instability in my application scare users.

  The update of Flash Player 20.0.0.267 in Chrome/Firefox/Adobe-Flash-Player, under specific environment which we have already applied in thousands of SWF files, we find 1) unable to stop playing the sound which is placed on the timeline by ActionScript "this.stop" in our running game and 2) it could also cause several sounds playing simultaneously causing a loud noise and crash suddenly on browser just in few seconds.

  I did a test to demonstrate the problem (but not limited to this case, in fact):

  1. in Adobe Flash Professional CS 5.5, start a new project of the 'New project' with the help of "ActionScript 3";

  2. in the chronology of the scene, make sure we extended to exactly 2 frames;

  Note: '2 images' are a must.  The bug does not occur in "image 1" or "3 frames.

  3. in the area of the stage, create a Movie Clip symbol, namely "symbol 1;"

  4. in 'symbol 1', value 3 layers with timeline length about 30 images;

  5. at the 'symbol 1', adds a rectangle to the keyframe in the layer 1 1, add a command Action "this.stop ();" image key 5 in layer 2, and set the "Sound" to key 10 in layer 3 image using any MP3, Sync-mode 'Stream' and 'Repeat' file, then close "symbol 1" music video;

  6. make sure of course that the '1' symbol is placed in the stage space, and then save.

  7. publish the SWF file.

  8. open the output file with Flash Player 20.0.0.267 in any platform.  The expected result would be an audio clip is played regularly, even if 'this.stop ();"was executed in front of her to reach the image to play the sound.

  Here's how we reproduced a more serious bug inserting a code unrelated to the statement also:

  9. close Flash Player has opened in step 8;

  10 continue to edit the same file in step 1 in Flash Professional CS 5.5;

  11. Add a new layer in the timeline of the scene;

  12 Add an Action to frame 1 of the new layer with ActionScript "trace ('abc');";

  13. publish the file SWF.

  14 open with the output file with Flash Player 20.0.0.267 in any platform.  The expected result would be a LOT OF audio clip played together causing a loud noise.

• Problem installing CC Illustrator (2015)

  I had it installed, but CC Office deleted. I ran the vacuum cleaner and reinstalled everything. Got it works except now I can't install Illustrator. I rebooted, deleted the folder of illustrator etc.
