  My button "Mail & More" on my MSN Premium browser stopped just access my internet hotmail email account several days after works perfectly.  My "Mail & More" shows an empty e-mail account when I have 50 or so e-mails in every day.  I can easily access my hotmail account via internet, but is seeking the "Mail & More" button works again.

• REMOTE OFFICE RESOURCES, LOCAL, MORE BUTTON DOES NOTHING.

  I use desktop remotely about 2 times a month. The last time I used it, about 3 weeks it worked fine. When I tried this morning, it worked, but my drive of the local computer shares were NOT appearing in the desktop connection remote.

  So I thought I had newspaper off voltage/disconnect and adjust my settings.

  When I click the "More" button... ' to highlight and view local drives to share, it nothing happens.

  I looked in the event viewer errors related to remote desktop, but no luck.

  For example, Remote Desktop works, but I can no longer change the specific local resources because more... Button does absolutely nothing.

  Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  You can first check whether or not the remote desktop service is started and set to automatic.

  To check the service

  1. click on start

  2. in the start search box, type Services

  3. click right on - RUN as ADMINISTRATOR

  Check if the below mentioned services has mentioned State and type start.

  Remote Desktop services started automatic

  Also check the dependency services that are required for the remote desktop function work correctly.

  To check the dependency services click two times on the service and click the Dependencies tab.

  Also try to run as an administrator remote desktop connection and check if you have the option to select the disks.

  To run as administrator right click on the application and select run as administrator.

  I made a button in Acrobat and had it linked to another pdf file that is my office. I can only open this file from my computer. Do I need to combine differently to make it work on other people's computers?

  How do you want this to work on someone else's computer has no

  If you want it to run on other computers your options are:

  -Embed the file in the PDF file as an attachment before you link to it.

• Cannot create buttons in Acrobat

  Hi so I have about 32 "tooltips" in their own separate layers on top of the graphics layer. I want to create a button in Acrobat that allows you to ride and to see a fact only one Board and 1 on 32 ToolTips will appear. When I tired to create a new button and add the first action (mouse enter - Set layer visibility) it works fine, but when I put the second action (release mouse - Set layer visibility) it's wherever I meet questions. I can't hide the layer or change it to keep this hidden ToolTip. Advice?

  That's the weird thing at the time where I'm going, in edit mode, the visible layer is hidden.

  However, there was once a useful box next to the go forward (BTW it should say 'go forward one page' step forward) and go back to a button on the page where you can see your last 10 pages or more. When firefox is stuck you could always click on a page to go back. This shortcut key is now missing. DANG! I don't want to have to click and search through my history for 3 pages before and upset my set-up of the toolbar. Waste of time.

  In Firefox 4, you can right click on the previous or Next button to see a list of recent pages you have visited.

  Acrobat 11 supports Office 2013. For the 2016 desk stand, you need Acrobat DC.

Currently, our bios are all listed on one page in full text. Rather than make a roll of customer down throughout the complete biography of each person, I want to add a function 'Read more' or a bio of each individual button. How can I implement this feature with Adobe Contribute?

  Hello Adam,.

  You can use the tabs Panel or the Accordion widget for this.

  If you are using the ToolTip widget, you can use the ToolTip widget options to set the same onclick (the default value is on working capital), and then clikcing on the trigger will bring the target in sight.

  If you use the Accordion widget, you can remove two out of three triggers in the accordion panel and leave it alone (by default there are three). Then, make sure you keep the trigger accordion closed in design mode. Additionally, make sure that you use the option 'Can close all' options accordion as shown in this screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/hlLukFqwUqww

• Refresh the layers/buttons in Acrobat Viewer (Windows 7/Mac)

  Hi all

  We have recently upgraded to Adobe Acrobat Pro XI on Windows 7 and update our PDFs to display up to 13 layers which can be enabled or disabled using the form and Javascript buttons.

  All displays and functions fine Reader XI for Windows 7, but when we try on the drive (worm 10.1.7) for Mac there are a few questions. When we zoom in to 100% and click one of the buttons, layers and some buttons disappear. Only after moving the mouse they reappear.

  I searched for a way to refresh the document or something similar, but have not yet found anything.

  No one knows what is the cause and if there is a solution?

  There is no JavaScript command to force a redraw of the screen.

  Acrobat and Reader have somehow quite complicated writing on the screen because they are made of mixtures of pixel and vector content, often in different color spaces. It is not uncommon to find things randomly disappear if the page has intensive overlay or a bunch of annotations - sometimes only a mismatch develops between the contents of the viewport as conceived Acrobat and the data cached in the display buffer. Dirty window waving a mouse around or changing the zoom will force a repaint, where pop stuff reappears in.

  Most of the time it is indicative of something not quite right with the display driver, or a lack of RAM - PDF itself is rarely to blame; If it was you will get the same effect on different computers.

  FYI, if you compare the versions of reader, remember that the 2D graphic acceleration has been removed in the XI Acrobat family.

• INDD transparency of a button in Acrobat v. Google

  When I export am interactive PDF from InDesign, my look of buttons/links in Acrobat, but have a white when displayed in Google's PDF Viewer. Any thoughts?

  The first image is Acrobat - you do not see the link, just the link cursor.

  The second image is in Google - white background appears around links.

  In the end, a TIFF logo is to become the hyperlink and have experienced the same results.

  Can't you simply select the logo, then go in the hyperlink Panel and choose new hyperlink? It looks like you can...
