  I'm the admin for our CC for the team and I have a team member who has been licensed CC of Photoshop and InDesign CC but creative application cloud does not respond when you click on the button "Install".  Another weird issue is that CC all applications have the 'Install' button next to them, even if the user does not have the license for other applications.  I tried to have them leave the CC application, send them an invitation and relaunch the CC application does not.  They have also restarted their machine for the installation of CC.
