Button in Acrobat will not open attachment pdf on other computers.
I made a button in Acrobat and had it linked to another pdf file that is my office. I can only open this file from my computer. Do I need to combine differently to make it work on other people's computers?
How do you want this to work on someone else's computer has no
the same file system as you have it and does not have the file that is linked to?
If you want it to run on other computers your options are:
-Embed the file in the PDF file as an attachment before you link to it.
-Send the linked with the PDF file and make sure that they have the
same location relative to another (preferably in the same folder)
-Place the file on a web server and convert the link to a web link.

I read the investigation. If you read my reply you would ask in the correct forum now.
If this is not enough, ask in the appropriate forum. This isn't a problem with Internet Explorer.

8.2.6/Win7/64 Pro Adobe will not open this pdf file
The pdf file is a roadmap to State and can be found here:
http://http :// www.iowadot.gov/maps//msp/pdf/transmap.html
I know that the NVA reader 10 (X) under win/xp it will open, but try to open it under win7/64 using Adobe Pro 8.2.6, I get the following message:
"Acrobat cannot decrypt this doc.
I also know that the 8.2.6 running win xp DRIVE does not open this pdf file, I get the same message as above.
Any ideas?
The type of security they applied means that it cannot be opened in any version of Acrobat or Reader before 9. They have made a mistake to do this way, in my opinion.

Illustrator CS5 Master Collection will not open .ai .pdf or new file.
Simple. But the program is no longer needed.
And the second install disk will not read, so I can't reinstall.
PLEASE SOMEONE TAKE THIS KNOWLEDGE AND HELP ME. Please, I beg you. Please enough with sugar on top!
Here are some of the error messages.
As long as you have your serial number or recorded with Adobe so that can access the serial number of your account, you can download the suite Adobe download page.
Removal of all is really the best choice as it removes any question that might be on your hard drives.
The normal uninstall program would allow you to choose which application. But the cleaner I know personally, since I have not had to use it.

My new computer has windows 7 when I try to connect it to my router it ask the password, then he asks the network password I put in the same password and it does not accept it. I spent ove an hour on the phone with a very helpful and confused expert to the Virgin. He tells me that the password only I need to communicate with the router is the main. We tried a lot of things all very technical and finally he gave up. Other computers with vista on connect very well with no problems at all.
The network is fine and all the settings are fine. Occasionally, it connects via a home network but then it stops. When I try to communicate with the printer wireless signal stops and starts.
I don't hold much hope of a response that experts were left very confused by this first abandoned after 45 minutes and the second lastered over an hour are totally flumaxed and blame windows 7
But everyone told me that windows 7 was supposed to be the best

Acrobat will not open and give the error 312.11 error message
How can I open professional acrobat when he said: there was a problem with licensing and it gives the error message 213,11? I bought and paid for this software and using it for a few years.
Hello
This mainly happens when the SLStore to the C:\ProgramData\Adobe folder does not have permission to create a file. Need write access to this folder to the first launch. Please follow the steps outlined in the Article below:
Error 213:19 | Problem is the license of this product. Acrobat X and XI
Let me know if that solves the problem.

CC of Photoshop will NOT open a PDF file
I worked in Photoshop for years on a PC have never experienced this problem EVER so far. NOW I'm on a Mac.
That's the message, it gives me: "could not complete your request because of a program error."
Thank you!
Nili
Please try resetting your Photoshop preferences.
If this does not help, please look in your folder of Photoshop preferences for the PSErrorLog.txt file
(~/Library/Preferences/Photoshop CC 2015 Settings/PSErrorLog.txt)
This file is a program error log - it do not catch everything, but with luck it'll catch this error.
Please copy the last few lines in this file and post it here.

The first time it happened, I reinstalled and it was fine for a week, then the same thing happened. Now when I try to uninstall and reinstall it is the same problem - no page igoogle, no e-mail, web pages don't show pictures or just look weird, and the interface of blog that I use doesn't work at all.
I tried to delete the folders, but the computer would not allow me to do so either. I have Macafee antivirus, norton not
See updated McAfee Security Center and firewall settings to allow access to the Internet Firefox or even try to clear the cache and cookies.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader (free - NO Acrobat but Acrobat reader) of http://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/ which will then open the pdf files.

Preview will not open the hyperlink to the specific DOI PDF format
Hi all
I generated a PDF of markdown by Pandoc (with xelatex as the tex engine); the PDF document contains hyperlinks URLS. One of hyperlinks is a specific address of DOI: doi:10.2307 / 488160. In Adobe Acrobat Reader, this link accurately opens in Firefox (my default browser) and is then solved using a DOI Manager that I have in firefox. Overview, however, will not open the link. When you click, you get just that boing sound error.
I believe this may have to do with the security aspects of preview that are cooked in the program - what kind of overview is able to open external files. There was a discussion on this here, but it is not exactly answered my question: https://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/119299/why-preview-app-refuse-to-open-local-lien-dans-un PDF file.
If this isn't a connected safety side overview, is it possible to adjust preferences overview way treats the links that start by "doi:"? Other ideas.
Note: I know there is a better way to include the Doi in Tex docs (with the DOI package) as the starting URL by "doi:" but I like to keep my Markdown as clearly readable as possible and does not markup inside latex. I might add a Pandoc filter for this - but I would rather understand the problem of this end if possible.
Thank you!
... One of hyperlinks is a specific address of DOI: doi:10.2307 / 488160.
This address SHOULD you present is only the persistent identifier. To make a connection, precede the string with the http://dx.doi.org/ url so that your example is http://dx.doi.org/10.2307/488160
Basically, the url is a program of resolution. By including a DOI link, there is no need for the Manager/addon Firefox DOI. You can have the text that is displayed differs from the URL. In other words, the manuscript shows doi:10.2307/488160 but the underlying url link is http://dx.doi.org/10.2307/488160
You can see the particular style guide that you must follow to display format specifications. For example, see details for APA style.

Need help - Acrobat 9.4 will not open scanned documents
I have a computer in my office that will not open documents scanned into Acrobat 9.4. Acrobat opens but is just a gray screen. Documents that have been converted to PDF from Word/Excel/etc format will be opened very well.
Adobe Reader 10 X is also installed on the computer and open up scanned documents, but the user should be able to go and edit documents, this drive is not enough for him.
Troubleshooting ideas greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
Because the scans are pictures you must go in Edition > Preferences > Page display and put a check mark in the box "Show large images" that should allow you to see the scans.

This Mac not yet have been granted access to the media on 'my iPhone '. To import media to this Mac, press 'Trust' on 'my iPhone '. You must first unlock the device.
