My user account is configured as an administrator, but when I right click on programs with the shield of the UAC on them, I'm not running as an administrator. The UAC slider is set at the 2nd ranked (by default); but I do not know how it was listed previous, I wondered about moving down one notch (but he advises not and I don't want to spoil anything).
