No option to download the app I paid for

I signed up for a creative cloud in order to download and use After Effects. After going through the entire process, my Bill and account show that I'm subscribed to use AE but I can't find any option for the download actually AE. It is not on my applications page, and the options "Download now" in the two just confirmation emails lead to this same æ-less app page. Don't know why this is, and getting rather annoyed by it since I paid for a product is not let me access.

What operating system? Would be - this Windows 7 32 bit?

    Step 4 : launch creative Cloud desktop application and try to load the list of applications.

    Your application is through the size of 64 k, you must extract the files of cod brother. You can do than cod using winzip or win rar, extract files from the master COD. These brother COD files will appear in your file JAD, cross-checking with the names and the size of the brother COD to JAD files. Place the JAD file and files of COD of brother that the application will be installed.

    Note: If your application has used none of the Secure API, Application must be signed to perform on the real device.

    Hello, I have a day of original launch Palm Pre (Sprint).  All settings are always the factory settings, and I did no changes (preware, homebrew apps, etc.). Starting from 02/05/10, I am unable to download the app updates but also to download new applications. Download status/progress indicator appears, but never made any real progress even let it sit overnite.  I have both a strong WiFi connection & EV, so there should not be a connectivity issue.  I deleted files suggest that there may be a problem of space/memory (music removed files and delete many rarely used applications) and restarted the phone several times but not joy.

    Someone else knows it?  Is this a known issue?  Can anyone recommend a fix for this problem purdy please?

    If you have restarted your device and are unable to download the updates, I would recommend a partial erasure. This will make you sign in your profile and you should be able to download the updates right here.

    Alternatively, if you are currently on any lower software version 1.3.51, you may consider to download the webOS Doctor from our Web site at www.palm.com/rom . This is because some customers have reported enforcement problems after ignoring several updates. Others have no problem with updates like this to jump.

    Either of these solutions, you will have to 1.4.1.1, and when you register in your profile, contacts and other PIM data will restore your device.

    Copy 2) guests of the file to the desktop and open the same thing with Notepad.

    Check if you can see all Adobe related as entries in the Hosts file 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com... etc?
