  I have a Blackberry Torch 9800. There is something wrong with it and it's not just one thing. For example;

For more information, visit www.blackberry.com/appworld/support. "I have two options after that. 'Upgrade' or 'close '. Sure of 'Close' to close the message and does nothing. 'Upgrade' does nothing either, when you click on it... nothing... no Web site don't transfer anything. It is a big problem because I can not update my current applications or download new. My really outdated phones... and the App World isn't the only app that does not work properly. There are a couple of other apps that don't work properly either. How should I do to correct these problems the right way? A full system scan?

  Try to reload your operating system. This reload BlackBerry World as well as the rest of your phone. To do this, connect your phone to your PC and open BlackBerry Desktop Software. Once your phone has been recognized, click device at the top of the software, and then click on restore. Choose the most recent restore point and the load. That should solve your problem.

  I have Twitter version installed on my Torch 9800 4.0.0.15 and use Twitter frequently during the last six months. For some reason any I find it anymore the Twitter icon anywhere.  Not for 'all', 'Favorites', 'Attend' or download.  I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, pulling on the battery for a reboot (both with the Blackberry turned on as well as with him OFF), all without success.  It started just the other day.  At around the same time, or shortly before this problem started, I improved the application News/sport "canoe".  Thinking it could have been this upgrade that causes the problem, I now have uninstalled Canoe and went through the same procedures but were unable to remedy.

  Someone had a similar problem?  If so, how do you fix?  I miss using Twitter.

  1. on your home screen, press Menu > SHOW ALL, so that ALL DISPLAY is checked.

  2. look in EVERY folder on your device... Applications, instant messaging, downloads, etc.
  If you don't see it still, look at the Options > device > Applications. Do you not see it listed there?

  I have a BlackBerry Torch 9800. When I get emails that should show images of product, recipe IE with the picture of the food, the pictures do not show. All that shows is a blank box, where the image should be.

  You will need to click on the BB Menu button and scroll down to view the images. Click it, and then will post the pictures. You must do this in each e-mail that has photos or images embedded in it.

  I have a Torch 9800 (OS 6 2534 on network three UK) and often the screen does not auto rotation (when the phone is rotated 90 degrees) and the virtual keyboard is grayed out in the messaging and BBM. If sometimes seems again (seems random) and after a power off. The physical keyboard is not extended and locked.

  Anyone know of a fix or a workaround to ensure that VK and auto screen rotate reliable works?

  There should be no problem using text on or from the BB to another BB... the carrier does not care if you do not the data Plan, for SMS, since it is worn above the vocal of your data, not in the data packet.

  Perhaps if you explained a bit more... made the message you send to the sunsetting of beneficiaries, or what? What are the parameters that you have to Options > SMS text?
